Poor John Stevens- completely skipped over by Ryan.

After last night, I think they should all go home and we should start over. But since that can't happen, I'm all for Vonzell. Just say her name a few times...it's fun.

Did they ever say what Vonzell was so upset about after her first song? They hinted about her having a bad day, was just curious if I missed something while flipping stations or if they just let it go after that.

I thought the criticism of Carrie's second song was way off. She did a good job with it and for them to give Vonzell a pass because she was emotional was not cool.

Clay lost to the horrid Ruben, I don't even want to talk about how much Fantasia sucks, if Vonzell wins they might as well change the name to "R & B Idol" because that's what it's turning into, and that's just sad.

I ran into Mom Federov on Saturday. She is so proud of her son. I did congraduate her on her son for being in the top 4. But when she told me I needed to vote for him to be in the top 3, the only reply that I could get out of my drunk mouth was "You should be so happen that he is in the top 4"

If Carrie wins you may as well call it "Country Idol," why is that any more or less sad then if an R&B singer wins? Carrie has a good voice but the problem with her is she is so BORING...just what we need, another bland, blond, singer. I think either Vonzell or Bo should win.

imonlyslpng, if you're going to advocate against a certain person winning based on their style of music choice, why don't you protest Carrie (Country Idol) or Bo (Rock Idol)? Why are you only against "R & B Idol?"

Anyway, Bo's second performace was awesome. His first wasn't so good, but boy did he turn it on for Money.

in response to replies to my previous comment... Believe it or not, i actually don't like country music, my only point was that i think Carrie would be capable of singing nearly any style of music, where as Vonzell is limited to only one style. I just can't stand that crap of masking missed notes by weaving into about 20 different notes in a span of about 3 seconds in the hopes the one you were supposed to hit is in there somewhere. Vonzell is OK i guess, she could probably get local gigs or something, but she's definitely not recording artist material. But, then again, Fantasia won it last year, even though LaToya was much better.

Vonzell could easily ALREADY be a pro. She looks like a professional when she is performing and her voice & look are great. She is about 900% more flexible, than one-trick-pony Carrie, in what songs she can pull off.

Honestly, I had tears in my eyes as Vonzell sang her second song....she did it SOOOO well. I had goosebumps! And I switched the channel during Carrie's second song. Blah.

The weird thing about Vonzell breaking down after her first song is that she seemed to be holding it together until Paula's "How are you feeling?" question. Paula asked it in a way that made it sound like she either knew or suspected that V had been upset that day. So Paula asked an unnecessary question when she should have known it would lead to V getting emotional. Paula's not the type to poke at emotional fragility just for kicks, so she must have thought it would help V to give her a reason to show her emotions to win votes.

Did anyone notice when BO finished his song and approached La Ryan and attempted to put his sweaty arm around him, Ryan recoiled and cock blocked him? Maybe Bo has B.O., that or Ryan's pissed because Bo refuses to use his Crest WhiteStrips.

Vonzell is great. Carrie sucks!... Good voice, no personality. Bo looks like a pro and will most likely win. It'll be the battle of the boys in the final round.

I was annoyed to see John Stevens, Jasmine Trias, Mikalah and all the other rejects in the audience. Go Home and stay there! I really hated those three, and was very grateful when they were just a distant memory. Vonzell's dad is 100% Pimp. Anthony reminds me of John Denver. There should be a little cartoon bird happily chirping on his shoulder.

I would like to see Vonzell stay on the show a few more weeks because she is interesting. Bo is also interesting. Carrie can sing, but there's nothing there besides blond hair and a carefully inserted twang. I am so over her. (I never was on her.) Anyway the top two will be Carrie and Bo, and I hope Bo wins because he's versatile in his singing style.

PS. My mom, a huge O'Jays fan, was impressed with Bo's version of 'For the Love of Money' which is funny because she could care less for Bo any other day.

When I watch Carrie on stage all I can think about is how much I'd like to do her. Somebody told me that she's singing when she's on stage. Is she? I never noticed..

Usually Anthony sounds like latin elevator music to me but last night it was JUST elevator music. I don't understand how/why he would choose the same song as someone else especially Carrie and especially when he had to follow her.

I didn't think V did well at all with "Don't leave me this Way" LaToya did that song last season and rocked it. But if V has to sing something that doesn't sound like Whitney Houston she's in trouble.

punkrox, good memory. Last night I kept thinking that I'd heard someone sing "Don't Leave Me This Way" on AI before, but I couldn't think who. I thought maybe someone had done it earlier this season, but I wasn't thinking back far enough. I think Vonzell did a good job, but I did like the version from last time better.

My favorite performance last night was far and away Bo's rendition of "Love of Money." Sounding cool on that song was even harder given that it's now associated with Trump, as Simon defied Fox by pointing out.

To give Ryan the benefit of the doubt, he was about to put his arm around Bo but suddenly realized that Bo was reaching out to shake his hand. This year's AI is the least exciting one.
Except for for Abduhl kerfuffle I don't know why I'm watching. Canadian Idol last season was way better. I don't really care who wins on AI this year. I'm still watching though.

I think Carrie rocks. She has never been in the bottom three. I think Vonzell has gotten too many sympathy votes. Bo is good, but he definetly needs to put the mic down.

Are my eyes playing tricks on me or is Bo missing a tooth? It would be his left side, but when we look at him on tv, its the right side....I also remember Randy last season missing a tooth as well....Now I can see a young punk in a band from Alabama missing a tooth, but Randy? I think Vonzell was good. I seem to remember that she sang non-R&B songs sometimes. I was shocked as heck that Constantine got kicked off, though. I mean, where were his votes going? I loved his Partridge Family performance. I would like to have heard him sing the whole Bohemian Rhapsody, though. Carrie is cute and does have a pretty voice, but she bores me to tears. Bo is kinda gritty. I could see myself buying his album if it was along the lines of Creed or something.
