Thank God for this poorly made public service announcement. People really do not know how to cross the street. My favorite is the young kids who purposely step out in front of your car to show you how "down" they are. I'll show you down you little fuckers. Sure, I was an assholish youth, but I didn't randomly dart into the road to prove it.

when i was a youngin growin up in syracuse i loathed local commercial and dremed of moving to a big city where commercials would be sleek and sexy. how shocked was i to move to NYC and see that local commercials are local commercials everywhere.

Sadly, I use to work in government TV and actually edited these types of PSAs. Nothing more exciting then a PSA telling old people how not to slip in the bathtub.

OMG! Are they fucking kidding? Maybe they wouldn't need p.s.a.s like this if people in Monterey Park knew how to fucking drive. It is scay enough to drive through there, but to be a pedestrian: I don't think so. You never know when someone will jump the curb and mow you down.
I would love to see this thing with subtitles, because I can only assume that they mean to portray the Chinese people as obeying traffic laws, while the Hispanic girl is not. The fact that this is courtesy of The Chinese American Civil Rights Organization is a giveaway.
