Not to mention that episode of Full House where DJ has anorexia/exercise bulimia. She snacks on ice pops!
Though something about Starved still bothers me. I think it was in the comments on the entry here that someone pointed out that it's a little weird that 3/4 of the main characters on a show about eating disorders are men.
