Waiting Can Be So Hard - TVgasm

by B-side

sizemoreSometimes blogging can be quite time consuming. So to tide all you bored office workers over, we offer some answers to your most frequent questions:

1) Yes, there will be a Survivor recap.

2) Yes, there will be an Apprentice recap too.

3) Haven't decided on a Project Greenlight recap. But that being said, everyone should really watch this season because it is quite the trainwreck. And trainwrecks = good TV.

4) Fat Actress? Please.

5) No, we don't actually have the means to contact Jerry from the Bachelorette.

6) The Office was surprisingly funny. And YES, I know it's not as good as the original, so all you BBC America fans can just hold off on the angry comments.

7) Which Ashton Kutcher project looks worse you say? Well, Guess Who? promises to be laugh-free but not as insipid as A Lot Like Love. Believe me. I read the script. Dreadful.

8) Yes, SNL would benefit from Horatio Sanz's departure.

9) Since you asked, I hate Anthony Fedorov. I hate Constantine even more. Anwar sounds great, but I'm pretty sure I hate him too. Jessica Sierra looks like a candy apple. Scott Savol reminds me of a potato. And I think Mikalah Gordon is one of the worst things to happen to pop culture. Wow, bitterness is fun!

Scott Savol.. a potato. Classic!

You hate Awar? Please. You can't hate him, he is so sweet and happy all the time. I hate people like that usually, but I love him!

And you don't like Horatio Sanz? I feel like I don't even know you anymore... Okay, wait, I don't actually know you. But I like him, I don't even know why, but he cracks me up.

You must write about Project Greenlight! This is going to be one of the worst things they've ever done. The only thing missing is all the swearing we'll miss since it's on Bravo and not HBO anymore...

Yeah,

The Office remake WAS good. I prefer the original too (who can top it?) but seeing that 99% of Americans haven't seen the original, and even if they had wouldn't be able understand what the hell they're saying without subtitles, this remake is justifiable. I hope they can keep it going. Steve Carrell is sweet.

Jessica Sierra does not look like a candy apple, unless your candy apples look like Jaba.

Steve Carell is my God!

"Project Greenlight" has been quite entertaining so far. They chose the worst script of the final 3 and are going to make a horror movie because they think it will rake in lots of $$$ at the box office. I doubt that but it should still be fun to watch them make it. Oh yeah, the director they chose seems rather strange as well. A trainwreck indeed.

Like our beloved dear leader said: "It's hard work. It's incredibly hard... It's hard work. Everybody knows it's hard work."

Keep up the good work.

"The Office" is the worst show ever -- check that, second worst. After all, Everybody Loves Raymond is beyond bad.

What's so funny about putting office supplies in Jell-o? And oh yeah, Steve Carell is the unfunniest person alive. With a track record that includes Watching Ellie and Come to Papa, Steve Carell is adding to his post-Daily Show career of supreme suckitude. Just as Ted McGinley ruins long-lasting shows, Steve Carell ruins shows at the very beginning.

I saw one episode of the British version of "The Office" and that sucked too. Let's be honest, people: the British aren't funny. The only British sitcom I would watch would be one about an American expatriate living in London. The only problem is that he's a dentist and therefore can't find a job. Then, the guy gets a job working security at the local soccer stadium where he does oral surgery on rioters who get hurt during the games. Comedy ensues. "Dr. Hooligan": coming soon to a TV screen near you on BBC America.

either you don't work in an office or just don't have a sense of humor.

I think they modeled The Office after my boss at my last job, he used to take great pleasure in telling jokes that weren't funny and were usually of the "I'm going to fire you, nah I'm just kidding" variety. ugh

""The Office" is the worst show ever -- check that, second worst. After all, Everybody Loves Raymond is beyond bad."

I agree with you and I am pretty sure I have a sense of humor. I don't know why either of those two shows keep winning so many damn Emmys and awards. They aren't funny. One day I decided to turn to "Everybody Loves Raymond" to see what the big deal was and after not finding it mildly amusing I looked in the TV guide and thought to myself "no wonder it keeps winning all of these awards, look at its competition". And last night I was too lazy to change the channel after "The Apprentice" was over so I thought I would watch some of it because the previews were okay, but the show didn't entertain me at all. I found it dull and boring.

Oh yeah, I don't work in an office either. Getting all dressed up to go to work and sit behind a computer all day just seems too easy. I prefer to have those strenuous jobs that you dread going to and get paid minimum wage... maybe that's why I'm unemployed now.

If you find being offensive mildly amusing then you will change your diaper twice if you watch this weeks' "The Office"...Steve Carell isn't the funniest but he's perfect for the overly fraudulent in that everyone knows he's always lying to look smart, boss

do the tvgasm people recognize the indian girl who smacked steve carell?
