Nick, Jessica...One Day We'll Laugh About This.... -
by madeyoulaugh
Hey, remember that time that you guys were overworked and quite stressed about the strains of your already very public marriage, plus strippers and bachelor parties and alleged affairs with movie costars, and then after a year of fighting pregnancy, cheating and divorce speculation we published online that you guys actually filed for divorce on a specific day, at a specific time and place and even went so far as to provide your supposed reason for the divorce, and then we had to do an immediate retraction when it was brought to our attention that you guys can both read and hear and would eventually find out that we are printing bogus stories, and then you guys contacted USWEEKLY and told them that you would have sued the crap out of us had we not taken the post down, and then our lawyers advised us to feign a sincere apology on our website??
Yeah that was sooo funny, right? Good times. Hello? Nick? Jessica? Guys?
**Their channel sucks, their website sucks...sans Howard Stern, the E! Network is a punchline!**

Comments
They spend so much damn time refuting anyone who dares to say their marriage is in trouble. For a couple whose marriage troubles are supposedly a load of BS, they sure are defensive about anyone saying otherwise.
Get the hell over it N & J! Don't you have anything better to do?

If E! is a punchline, as a member of E! programming, what does that make Howard Stern?

smithie, the quote said that "sans Howard Stern, the E! Network is a punchline." So Stern was identified as the one thing keeping E! from being just a punchline. I think you misunderstood what was being said about Stern.

Yay TVgasm! You know you've reached true stardom when the bloated egos of whiny-ass stars like Jessica Simpson feel the need to sick their lawyers on you!
Those two get so worked up about these break-up stories, what did they think would happen when they became famous?
Bad and untrue press coverage is part of the ride kids, it aint all big bucks, lavish parties and fan adoration, so quit your crying! It's like they expect the whole world to love them and think they're perfect and they freak when they're portrayed as anything otherwise. They know what's true about their marriage, that should be enough. It aint like E! and TVgasm ran around publishing reports about them being child molesters.
Get over it!!!!! No one really cares if you break up or not, so save some bucks on those legal fees in the future and stop threatening everyday folks just because they enjoy a good laugh at your expense.

"The Soup" gives good snark. It's no tvgasm but it's still good snark.

call me crazy, but there's nothing wrong with "sued" and "feign." they are both spelled and used correctly.

you're crazy. the words were edited after the misspelling was pointed out. hopefully spell check will be used prior to posting from now on.

Jeez Webster, chill out.
If you're gonna spaz about every typo, stop reading.
MYL, just keep being funny. I think most of us out here in cyberspace are reading your entries for some laughs, not for grammatical perfection.

Yeah, for what Webster has paid for access to the site, he shouldn't have to read typos.
Get a life, dude.
