Newsgasm: Jericho gets Lost -
by Tabloid Baby
So how is CBS going to keep fans hooked through the long nuclear winter?
By driving them to the Internet. CBS will try to hold on to viewers for the 70 days with website action that includes original content, interactive features and sneak previews. The network will also keep streaming all Jericho episodes on its broadband channel innertube broadband channel. Sometime it seems as if those network geniuses are conducting a big Lost-style experiment on all of us...
(Meanwhile, ABC has yanked Six Degrees, the highbrow series fromLost boss JJ Abrams. They claim it's coming back with new episodes in January. Wanna bet?)

Um, ok, whatever CBS. I'm not quite sure any of this will help the ratings but OK.

6 points for the effort, 0 points for originality, and 0 points for thinking that people are actually going to go along with this. Average: 6/30=0.2
Idea Quality:
1.0--0.8=Why hasn't anybody done this before?
0.79--0.6=Will probably work, but have a plan B, just in case.
0.59--0.4=Long shot, but if you've got nothing else, why not?
0.39 and lower=You're gonna die.

I am pissed! Mabye because I am so TV obsessed, but I really liked both of those shows... Oh well, saves some space on the TiVo I guess...

I personally love "Jericho." I don't WANT to wait ten weeks, but I will, and I'll come back when it's back on. What'll tick me off and ultimately lose me, however, is if it jumps the shark after those ten weeks.

I take it this show is attempting to rip-off LOST to boost their ratings. They'd be better off getting competant writers.
