Ever wonder what happened to Luke after he disappeared to the Pacific Northwest on The OC? Well, we have an update. He's having an illicit affair with Alec Baldwin. Okay, maybe that's an overstatement (or a complete fallacy). Chris Carmack has resurfaced in the New York production of Entertaining Mr. Sloane where he plays the object of desire for many older people, including Mr. Baldwin himself. The New York Times has a mildly amusing audio slideshow featuring Carmack's commentary on the play and how he almost had to perform nude. I actually once saw the former OC star in a one-act here in Los Angeles. I'd like to say he did a good job, but truthfully, I spent the entire time hoping he'd punch another actor and yell, "This is how it's done in the YOUNG PLAYWRIGHTS FESTIVAL!!!!" If anyone sees his performance in New York, let us know how it is.

Eh, what can I say? Slow news day.

slow day??! what happened to American Idol updates?

Happy St Pat's day.
let the puking begin!

I saw a clip and review of the show this morning and it looked pretty good. It got a fairly good review as well.

A) I didn't know B-side actually rose before 10 AM.

B) Clearly Luke knew something the rest of the cast of the OC didn't as he jumped ship before it could sully his acting credentials.

slow news day?? you could help J-Unit post his SOPRANOS RECAP

Alec Baldwin bears a striking resemblence to Charles Nelson Reilly.

ANTF, you're right on the money. As soon as I saw that pic, my first thought was, "What the hell is Charles Nelson Reilly doing in the news?"

Alec Baldwin did a spot on imitation of Charles Nelson Reilly on SNL afew years back.

I saw this play on Wednesday night actually. Chris Carmack wasn't too bad although his "British" accent was a bit over the top at times.

Reading the playbill was funny though because the cast is only made up of 4 people, one being Alec Baldwin and the two other (other than Chris) being veteran theatre actors with credits of Shakespeare and the like. Then we get to Chris's bio which lists the OC, Related and SuperNatural. He seemed maybe a bit out of his league. ;-)
