Are you kidding? Why are the nominees for scripted television so deserving, but the ones for reality shows are such a joke?

Brilliant! Here are my three MUST-wins, in order of priority:
1. Best sidekick: ROZ/Alex H
2. Best Actress: Kristen Bell
3. Favorite contender...: Jason kisses Jessica at the fashion show (possibly the best moment in tv in the past year)

"Biggest Idiot, Male:
Ashley Parker Angel, There & Back
Jason, Laguna Beach / The Hills
Jonathan Antin, Blow Out
Vinci, 8th and Ocean
Kevin Federline, Teen Choice Awards"
This is a strong category. I'm glad I don't have to choose!

For the Worst Judges category:
The Dave (Rockstar)
Little Richard (Celebrity Duets)
Both are certainly worthy of nominations.

I second comments #1 and #7. The "Best Reality Star, Female" category should definitely have Janelle... and she should win!
I blame J-Unit.

The "Best Reality Star, Female" category - Janelle was an idiot ALL season. She was justly left out of this category. I know its a long shot but I have my fingers crossed for Diana Eng and her nifty magnets.

Oh, the Best Drama category is tough. I watch 3 of those shows and love them all. But I have to go for all things "Lost" except the most overhyped season 2 thing.
Good job with the nominations, it's tough and you can't please everybody!

Nigel Lythgoe can't win worst judge because, you know, he's bringing dance to the American masses. He's doing this all for you, uncultured swine!

Julie Chen Award for Outstanding Achievement in Robotic Hosting...has to go to Katie Lee Joel. She sucks at life.

Since I don't watch all the shows mentioned I can't complain by some of the nominations, but I thought the Bruno, Len and Carrie Ann would have been included in Best Judges.
And, what happened to TAR in Best Reality Competition???

What about Edie Falco, best actress for Soprano's.
She did great work this year, on a disappointing season.

too amazing.
Katie Lee Joel needs to dust off the mantle and make room for her Julie Chen award!

Wow, how the mighty Big Brother has fallen! Only two nominations, both for the deserving Dr. Will, and not even nominated for best series.
It really was a dud, wasn't it? All Stars shows always suck.

Not a single nomination for "Rescue Me"?!
You guys are as bad as the Emmys...hey wait, at least they gave a nod to Dennis Leary this year.
Humpf!

Come on Lloyd for best assistant!
God, I love that little gay Asian man. He's a rock to Ari, a rock! Win it!
Go lame Rubble Man, too! That made me laugh my ass off.
I agree with #1 about this:
"Best Reality Star, Female:
Diana Eng, Project Runway 2
Heidi Montag, The Hills
Jade, America’s Next Top Model 6
Lisa, America’s Next Top Model 5
Kristin Cavallari, Laguna Beach"
Was Danielle not fantastic on Big Brother? Have we forgotten Cirie from Survivor who went from fearing leaves to manipulating an entire herd of men to vote out her choice? Gah. This is just sad.

A little sad to not see my beloved Jedi Janie...
I agree with whoever mentioned Gilmore Girls--if only more people could see the light! My favorite show on TV (after Big Brother...sigh, another 9 or 10 months)...

Let me get this straight - you name an award after her, but you don't include Julie Chen in the Best Hostess category?? FOR SHAME!!!!

DickeyD -- then it would be a pure blowout. And that's no fun.
She won last year, and I think maybe we'll give her a special award this time around.
