She was released on Saturday from Cedars-Sinai, and was not very happy about being locked up on “5150″ hold. But, by law, Brit had to stay for 72 hours under “5150″. While she was at the hospital (just as she was released), Dr. Phil showed up for an intervention without her knowing.

For now the WGA has denied any sort of interim agreement with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association to have writers for the Golden Globes. HFPA is not happy with that decisions and are strongly trying to reverse it using the Worldwide Pants deal as an argument. Time will tell.
