Brittany Murphy’s autopsy indicates that her death could have been preventable. TMZ is reporting that she died of pneumonia, and severe anemia. There were a lot of drugs found in her system, however, the drugs were all prescription meds, and over-the-counter meds. So sad…she should have gone to the doctor instead of self-medicating. R.I.P. Brittany.
