Someone is in a dark room yelling at a horse race on TV. The horse loses and the man throws something at the TV. It’s Dr. Sexy and apparently he just lost a lot of money. Student loans, indeed!

Henry catches up with Detective Cooper as he leaves the precinct building. Henry wants to know if the police have any leads on the man who tried to kill Jane. Cooper says not really and asks if Jane has been under stress lately. Henry insists that Jane is not making things up, but you can see that he’s starting to wonder a little. Cooper asks if Jane has any family history of mental illness because they found no evidence whatsoever of any crime in the building. Cooper says they will continue to work on the case, but if it’s a personal issue for Jane, maybe Henry is better suited to deal with it himself.
After Cooper leaves, Henry gets a phone call from Laurel the stalker media consultant. She wants to kick start his political career by sending him to lunch with some bigwigs in an hour. Henry says it’s not a good time, but she convinces him that when the opportunity of a lifetime comes up, he should not ignore it. He agrees to the lunch.
Olivia and Jane are also at lunch at a fancy restaurant. Olivia feels awful that Jane was attacked and asks if there are any leads. Jane says she doubts the police will catch the guy. Olivia doesn’t want Jane to feel unsafe at the Drake, but Jane says she’s beginning to feel like she doesn’t belong there. She excuses herself and gets up.
Some random man comes up to Olivia and asks if she’s enjoying her lunch.
Hello. My name is Victor and I’ll be your blackmailer this evening.
Oh, he is one of the men who stole the BOX from Wallace and set his body on fire. Olivia thought he was the sommelier. The man says no, but she might want to have a drink anyway, because her husband isn’t who she thinks he is. The man, who says his name is Victor Shaw, calls Gavin a monster under impeccably tailored suits. Shaw says he’s giving Olivia the opportunity to distance herself from Gavin before he takes him apart.
Olivia is nonplussed and says Shaw is not the first to threaten her husband. Shaw says Olivia’s husband excels at hurting people and taking things from them. Gavin took something from him and he has the opportunity to take it back. Olivia says she doesn’t concern herself with her husband’s dealings. Shaw says she SHOULD be concerned and suggests she get a blood test from someone who’s NOT in Gavin’s pocket and see what she finds out about what REALLY happened on Halloween.
In an empty apartment at the Drake, Tony, Gavin and Sam gather around a man in a leather jacket tied to a chair with a pillowcase over his head.
Isn’t this how David Carradine died?
If you like it, spread it!:

I thought Olivia’s ex was in the box. Isn’t that what they were implying during the Gavin and Shaw conversation? And why Olivia was so worried and why Gavin didn’t want her to know?
So that cop tells Henry that Jane might have mental issues and needs help. And then goes and tells Jane that he’s open minded and doesn’t think she’s crazy.
