666 Park Avenue Recap: Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?

Brian comes home, calling out for Louise, but of course it’s Alexis who answers him.

You thought bedbugs were hard to get rid of…

Louise is in Miami for a photo shoot and asked Alexis to pop over and pick up a few things and possibly fuck her estranged husband if the opportunity should arise. Brian has been staying with a friend in Brooklyn since the night of the Halloween party when he found out about Louise and Dr. Sexy’s “affair” (which you will recall, was completely faked by Alexis). Alexis says she hope Brian didn’t move out because of her, but he says no, they haven’t been happy for months. Alexis says she thinks Brian is a great guy and touches him inappropriately one more time before leaving.

Henry and Gavin are having a cocktail on Gavin’s terrace. Henry wants to know what to do about Jane wanting to leave New York. Gavin asks, in so many words, if Henry’s really ready to walk away from his dreams over some skank. Henry says if the answer were easy, he wouldn’t be asking for advice. Gavin says as men, it’s their jobs to make their women happy, so why not just shut her up by marrying her. Henry says it’s not the right time. Gavin says he should make it the right time, and if there’s anyone who can do that, it’s Olivia. Gavin calls over Olivia, who is thrilled for the opportunity to meddle in their lives some more. She agrees to meet Henry the next day to go diamond shopping.

After Henry leaves, Olivia and Gavin huddle to discuss Henry and Jane. Gavin vows that he won’t let either one of them go anywhere. Then they discuss the matter of the BOX and Victor Shaw. Gavin says it’s being dealt with as they speak.

Dr. Sexy tries to enter Kandinsky’s hospital room, but it’s being guarded by a cop who pats Dr. S. down thoroughly. The cop eventually lets him in, but watches his every move. Dr. S. concludes his exam and leaves uneventfully. However, after he leaves, Kandinsky pokes around his stomach and finds something in there which turns out to be a SCALPEL.

Ewwww!

Kandinsky is able to REMOVE THE SCALPEL BY PULLING IT THROUGH HIS SKIN. Ew! He screams, and when the cop comes in, Kandinsky shanks him with the scalpel.

Nona is dozing off on the couch when she hears a noise. She gets up and sees that Grandma is not in her wheelchair and the front door is open. Nona goes out into the hallway, and Grandma is standing in the hall staring at the floor. Nona asks how she got there and how she is even standing. Grandma ignores her and says that Nona must not let Jane leave. Wow, you don’t talk for all these years and the only thing you have to say is don’t let Jane leave?

You live in NYC and you have money and you want to buy an engagement ring – where would you go?
Tiffany’s right?! Oh no. You go to Judith Ripka. SMH

@miss molly– there are so many awesome independent jewelers, especially in the diamond district (duh), that i think it’s way better to go to one of them than tiffany.

that said, i really don’t care for henry & jane as a couple. henry seems so vapid, like wind is constantly blowing in the empty space between his ears. even his face is blank.
