And right away she’s the first one to interview saying that kids are rude to her and talk down to her. : ( They start to learn the choreo, and Yvette hatefully says that she was hoping Asia was out of the competition already. Um, if she’s not very good, wouldn’t she only serve to make your daughter look better?
Wow, look how out of synch everyone is!
And it’s challenge time!
One of these hands is leagues above the others.
Tua interviews that her nerves get to her when she has to perform for Abby. Not a good sign. Lexine’s mother thinks she is nailing it. Brianna delivered some face, but then we see this:
Uh oh, is someone channeling Paige?
One stupid quirk…Abby says “okay I’ve seen enough. Line up.” THE DANCE WAS OVER. There’s nothing more to see. Ugh anyway. Once again Abby reminds them that it’s about character. With her track record, this means absolutely dick. Abby once again loved Hadley. She didn’t like Tua’s face and calls her out again for looking at her fellow dancers. She says Asia did outstanding. Her dancing may not be there, but one of my first comments about her was that her face performance is giving it to your nerves.
Abby even says that Lexine is bringing it. She then asks Brianna what her story was, and cue Niagara Falls. Brianna says her line from the preview, and Zack (I keep trying to type Lucas!), being the sweet kid that he is, comforts her.
Elizabeth: “You’re stealing my schtick, bitch.”
I’m sorry Miss Ginger, WOOO, you have no soul
Brianna’s mom says it’s because she’s so type A. I’m not sure what to think about that other than maybe she’s perceived as such a go-getter that kids think she’s a nerd and are jealous? She is genuinely losing her shit and about to have an asthma attack. Ugh, sad story. Bri’s mom says she confronted a parent about the bullying and there was a Hate the Brianna club, and it only made things worse for Brianna. I don’t think this was a ploy for attention or sympathy, and I’m genuinely moved. Abby tells her to use the pain and agony for a sweet victory.
