Up next are Kyleigh Jai, Amanda, and Brianna with jazz funk. They are dressed like vampire child whores.
It looks like the girls are killing it, and Brianna seems to be the one to beat in this show. She doesn’t cause drama, and she’s quietly kicking the competition’s ass. She’s great with the details, and even her hand flourishes on pirouettes are spot on.
Oops, except this bitch sat down.
Abby is ecstatic, but she reams Amanda C. for her shitty turned in club foot. The other judges feel bad and give Amanda a little praise for her routine. Robin and Richy cream their jeans for Brianna, and rightfully so. ALM calls out Kyleigh Jai for eating it and flubbing a whole section of the dance. She gets the worst review so far, so my friend Oda Mae Brown has a message for KJ.
Kyleigh Jai, you in danger, girl.
She loses her shit backstage because she know she in danger, girl.
Jordyn is up with her lyrical solo called Bad Dreams. It’s about two seconds long, and based on the looks from the crowd and Kelly, Jordyn did not do well.
Well at least she managed to do one thing right.
Abby says she will definitely have a nightmare from that dance. She calls out Jordyn for failing to tell the story. Richy and Robin say basically the same things. While not a good job, she wasn’t as bad as KJ. Backstage, Kelly lets Jordyn have it for not doing what they practiced. She tells her daughter that it’s all on her, and Jordyn is a trooper and doesn’t have a dramatic reaction.
Now it’s time for Zack’s solo. It’s called Ghost Story, and he’s dressed like a zombie prom king complete with sash and crown. Awww.
Don’t text and drive, kids.
Zack’s doing well, but I think I noticed him fall out of a turn. Although he’s giving face to the audience and earns a smile from ALM. I like Zack, and seems to be a talented kid, but I’d like to see perhaps a little more acro worked into his numbers. His routine stayed campy and fun, and there’s no way he’s in the bottom with that performance. Abby loves his technique and tells him he’s blowing away the girls. Abby asks if he was flirting with her for one moment, and he smartly replies with a yes.
The first person to ever hit on Abby Lee Miller.
It’s super cute and everyone loves it. Yvette can tell that Jordyn’s master plan of giving the solo to a boy backfired.
