Amy and Daniel tell Abbie and Ryan where the abacus is. Turns out to be a bad move because they have four legs between them and promptly outrun Amy and Daniel. Boo!! So Abbie and Ryan get in first. They act super surprised as if they didn’t just come across like total assholes. Amy and Daniel come in second. Ryan is like, “This girl is amazing!” Now he’s patronizing her! Um, she knows she’s amazing she doesn’t need validation from you oh master of the universe! In his testimonial he says how he sees Amy as more of a threat than any man or woman. So he’s going to outrun her whenever he can.
Caitlin and Brittany are team number three. Super!
Rob and Sheila just got to the roadblock. Trey and Lexi just finish the roadblock. James and Abba can’t find the abacus. But they did see The Sign. Oops, wrong Scandinavian band. Natalie and Nadiya find the abacus and are on their way to Phil. They lie to Rob and Kelley about knowing what the hell is going on. They arrive as team number four. They are not happy about it either. Did they really think they were team number one after that sucking at ping pong tantrum?
“Why do these intestines taste like a tubal pregnancy!?”
Goat Boys are currently in last place. Rob and Kelley find the abacus. Jaymes and James still can’t find it. Rob and Kelley are team number five. James and Abba are six. (Muriel’s Wedding soundtrack?)
“I’m from America!!!!!!”
James and Jaymes are starting to freak out about how literal the lady with the abacus clue is. They think she might be in the water for some reason. Maybe they watched too much Mulan and just want to gaze at their own reflection. Jaymes, or is it James, wants to win so his dad doesn’t have to go to work while he’s fighting cancer. Sounds like as good as any reason to strip.
“Where could the gym be? Wait, what are we looking for again?”
Goat Boys check in as team 7.
Rob and Sheila run right by the lady with the illusive abacus. But Gary and Will find her! All of that best friend-ing paid off. Not literally, because they’re not going to actually win any money. They couldn’t possibly win the whole thing…or could they?! Gary and Will lie to James and Jaymes and say they didn’t see her. They openly admit that they’d cheat to win, they learned (from substitute teaching no doubt) that they have to weed out the handsome, appropriately sized people to get what they want.
