Boogie puts on his best hat to tell us he needs to work on Dan.
While they’re talking Janelle wanders in and pretends to be looking for Brit. She pops back in with Brit, and asks Boogie what the plan is. Are they protecting each other or working together? Janelle tries to say she doesn’t care if Wil gets evicted and Boogie says he doesn’t trust her. I hate both these idiots, but right this second I actually like Boogie a little better, and that makes me feel like a part of soul has died.
Brit makes me feel a little less soul-rapey by echoing my thoughts and saying that was a really respectful answer. Janelle gets accused by Boogie of not being willing to work with everyone, and Boogie suggests proving her loyalty to the coaches by agreeing to put Joe up on the block tomorrow. Janelle goes silent and looks super uncomfortable with the realization that she can’t actually manipulate everyone else in the house.
It’s almost as if the other houseguests are becoming self-aware…
Once they leave Dan expresses interest in back-dooring Janelle, and since Danielle hates her so much, that might actually happen. Ya know, as much as I dislike everything about Boogie as a person, he is actually pretty good at the whole talking/manipulating part of this game. I wonder if he’s smart enough to realize that if he miraculously makes final 2 then he’d better hope Dan is there with him, cause there’s no way the rest of the house will vote to hand the money to someone who won it already unless they have no choice.
Dan rallies the Quack Pack to discuss the Janelle thing. Ian votes to put Janelle on the block because she’d put them up on the block if she won HoH. Majority of the Quack Pack agrees, so it’s just up to Danielle to pull the trigger.
And Dan to pull the strings that pull the trigger
But first… Time to set their conditions with Froogie. They agree to a Final Six pact, sans Ian, and call themselves the Silent Six. No word on why Ian isn’t there or why he’s not a part of this.
Janelle knocks on the HoH door, and the other players choose not to answer.
Have you folks heard the Good News?
Time for another Veto Meeting! Danielle gets up and pulls Wil off the block, which is a good move since she probably just got rid of a huge Wil-shaped cloud of hate following her around. She puts Janelle up instead, and it’s nice to see the game finally getting played.
