Anyhow, I got my friends interested again when they heard Wilson was dying. The last three episodes were going to be “must see TV”. I wish they would have focused on just Wilson and House and given up on the usual “case of the week” bullshit. Working up to the finale went well, but then it happened. The FINALE. We got one hour of ‘behind-the-scenes’ good-byes and then the final episode which starts with House laying on the 2nd floor of a burning building, coming out of a state of unconsciousness. WTF? We never find out how or why he was there, only that he’s laying beside the dead body of a heroin addict patient of his from a week before that sets up a retrospect for the rest of the episode. In it, House talks to dead people from his past and tries to decide whether or not to commit suicide. In the end, House decides to live, but just as he goes for the door, the building collapses and he is burnt beyond recognition. There is a funeral and as Wilson is giving his eulogy, he is interrupted by a text message. Of course it’s House. He’s faked his death so he can spend his time with Wilson for the next 5 months of his life.
The writers, in interviews, are very proud of this finale and critics are loving it too. WTF???? It was awful and it made no sense. Did any of you watch it? If House planned the whole thing, then how did he know the heroin guy was going to be dead in that warehouse so he could change the dental charts or did he do that after he miraculously escaped that burning mass? Did he kill the guy? Did he shoot up some of that heroin himself? How could he ever swap dental charts afterwards without getting caught? If he was planning on faking his death, why would he lay in a burning building all that time and contemplate suicide? He had to have changed his finances. You don’t travel the country on a motorcycle with no money or ID. Total BULLSHIT! LAME LAME LAME! The more I think about it, the worse it is. What a disappointment.

"I see dead people and that makes the most sense in this finale."
Revenge has been renewed by ABC so they left their viewing audience with a genuine “cliffhanger”! Not one, but two of their main characters are dead. At least, it sure looks like they are. We are left with so many questions, too. Don’t you love that? I don’t see how Victoria survived that plane explosion. Of course, I thought House was crushed to death in that burning warehouse too.
One thing’s for sure, most of the evidence exonerating Emily/Amanda’s dad was with Vic on that plane, so that’s gone now too… right? We do know that Nolan DID back-up some of it and give it to McGowan. Then there’s Charlotte…. just like Ivy, on Smash, she swallowed a shit-load of pills right at the end and now we have to wait all summer to see if they kill her. That’s a long time to sit with a belly full of meds. Most people would be dead, but TV is different. Remember that kids! Well, we’ll know by July 22nd, that’s when filming begins for the new season and someone will leak out who’s back from the cast.

If House can do it, so can I.
There are many more finales coming up in the next few weeks. Mad Men and Game of Thrones are just two shows that have only a few episodes left. Lots of new shows are debuting every night. The summer is upon us and that means only one thing to me…. Big Brother 14! Join us at our Big Brother Fan Page on FaceBook here.
I want to leave you with a clip from this season’s America’s Got Talent. I have to say, Howard Stern is quite mild-mannered. Am I disappointed? No, I don’t think an X-rated Howard would NOT work on this show. His humor works well with the other two and that’s fine with me.
If you like it, spread it!:

@Chooch I noticed all the things you mentioned. But I figured that was just to remind us of how great and mysterious are the ways the Super Magic House Powers work in.
I’m sad they ended the show. And the reason they gave just pissed me off.
Because people that already have big piles of $ want some more.
Agree that the House finale sucked balls. I was really liking this season too – I thought the new and old underling docs had good chemistry. It would have been better if it was all his parole violation hearing and they’d trotted in all his old patients or something. I hate when they do that – add insult to injury by making the final ep of a show you’ll truly miss a complete waste of time.
I think the House finale would have been miles better if they had made it an actual two-hour story episode instead of spending the first hour introducing us to all of the behind-the-scenes people that we’d never seen before and will never see again. I didn’t hate it, but I have to admit that I’ve spent much of this week making up backstories for all the bits and pieces that they left out. And I am so glad that Cuddy wasn’t one of the ones who appeared while he was in the burning building!
All I could think of during the “That Girl” scene in Glee was why in the hell Rachel was wearing wool in New York in JUNE (after all, isn’t that when most high schools graduate???).
S-Natch….better yet…..why was she wearing white knee socks with high heeled shoes? It’s completely unbelievable that girl with two gays dads would dress so badly on a daily basis like Rachel.
Wrong, SuperB! Cuddy should indeed have been in the burning building.
And left there.
Still jealous.
Sorry about my YouTubes not working, Flipit fucked them up!
