I have faith in Alexis, let’s see if I know what I’m talking about.  Her first challenge is to let someone write “Next Drag Superstar” on their person.  BAM!  Next, she has to squirt whipped cream into someone’s mouth.  BAM!  She said her method is the same she uses on her boyfriend at the mall.  Hold tight and don’t let go ‘til she gets what she wants.  Smart girl.  I just threaten with a ball punch.  Who knew it could be done with such little violence?  Limbo – BAM!  She’s got it all done.  Do I know my girls or WHAT?

Next up is Shannel who needs to convince someone to let her eat grapes out of their hand.  First guy lets her, but it helps that he’s gay.  Before she lets him go, she has his hold water in his hands while she laps it like a dog.  She forces an unwilling participant to dance with her, but the guy quickly takes to it and grinds with her.  After a few failures, he gets a man to stop and massage her foot.  She even gets one beautiful girl to crack an egg on her head and then has her cluck like a chicken.

Chad is up next and I worry that, again, he’s too pretty to get people to stop.  They’ll just think he’s some psychopathic cougar.  I’m wrong!  She first gets a girl to slap her in the face with a foam hand and then gets a very awkward group hug.  Now she asks a lesbian to smell her breath and rate it who does it very willingly.  She doesn’t do a bad job at all.  I’m so proud of my Chad!

Oh my, how awkward is Chad when he tries to kiss a woman!

Now, whenever I go out on the town in the daytime, I fully expect to be accosted by beautiful drag queens.  It would make my LIFE!

Latrice and Manila are having an absolute love fest and I wish I could throw myself in the middle of it!  They’re learning a lot from one another and feel that they made the right choice in partnership.

This week’s runway is “bad girl chic”, which means that Yara is taking over Yarlexis’ look for the runway.  Alexis isn’t thrilled to put in crazy contacts and look more like the future of drag rather than pageant drag.  Why does she always question Yara?  Yara’s runway is never less than fierce.

As the girls trowel on their makeup, they discuss their manliness.  Latrice feels that the others can pull off being sexy men, but that he just can’t.  I find that crazy, because his man pic was actually pretty damn cute.  We learn through Manila that the men have it just as bad as the women when it comes to media portrayal of what is beautiful.  Sorry girl, but I’m just not going to feel sorry for y’all.  When you are of a gender that naturally has low body fat and aging is sexy, I just can’t feel for you.  At all.

    Great recap!
    Latrice is fierce on stage and with makeup and her look, but she ( as he) lacks confidence and self esteem, and it effected her. What she said in the workroom about not having confidence and using drag as a way to feel beautiful said alot.

    Yarlexis is all Yar and no Lexis …i mean she dressed her and used the contacts and similar makeup ! She is un- pageant- queening her !
    Shad is professional and polished all around- that’s it…hard to beat
    Rujubee- has personality and confidence enough for all ( and them some) That could hurt them tho

    Ugh Tati…annoying( so glad she wasn’t an all-star!)

    The right team got sent home. Manila was doing a lot better than Latrice but it is a team thing. I still find Manila annoying. Yay for Yarlexis! They are doing fairly well. I am proud of them! I don’t like the other queens dissing them. They are still my favorites. Janice Dickerson is a nut. I love it.

    I am sorry but Manila’s LSFYL sucked. She just makes cross eyes and crazy faces. That is not sexy or killing it whatsoever. Juju schooled her.

    Michelle has repeatedly said that she is a drag queen in a woman’s body, and this episode really hammered that home. Those massive mammaries looked more rubberized and artificial than any of the queens’ breastplates have ever looked.

    Sad to see Latrila go home over Yarlexis.

    I usually enjoy the fuzzy pink box surprises, but I didn’t really see the point of Tatiana reading everyone. It seemed really disconnected to have her just show up out of the blue like that. Personally, I always enjoyed when the \library\ when they get to read a bitch face-to-face. It’s always in good humor and everyone laughs. This seemed kind of mean-spirited and I didn’t feel right about it.

    And geeezus…is it just me, or are the pit crew’s bulges getting freakishly large? What is Ru feeding those boys!!!

    It was heart breaking to see Mama Trice and Mz. Luzon sashay away. I was actually surprised that Manila picked Latrice twice in the first episode. However, I thought she was really smart to picked one of the most loved queens on the show ever. I loved watching their two different styles meshing to create a sisterly bond. Incredibly sweet.

    Manila’s outfits are always polished and intriguing. Girl has some fierce fashion sense. I wish she would have been able to guide Latrice a little better.

    Latrice went from Season 4 straight to Drag U then right back to AllStars. Maybe Lashawn Beyond just didn’t have enough time to put together some new outfits for her to compete on the same fashion level.

    Before the lipsynch began, I loved watching Raven cuddle up to Latrice.

    Alas, each week I feel sad at watching the queens sashay away. *le sigh*

    What confused me was Shad scored the most points in the \Queens Behaving Badly\ challenge, therefore they won. I would have thought that the team with the least amount of points would lip-sync for their lives. I listened to an interview with Manila and Team Manila had the second highest score. Watching \Untucked\, Alexis admitted they had the least amount of points. Hmmmm …

    I love Chad and she looked amazingly gorgeous out there on the street, but that was kind of grimey what she said about Shannel. It’s super true, but damn…she could have tempered it by saying that Shannel also brings something to table. Nope, she was just like…absolutely. Can’t wait to cut this albatross from my neck. I mean…that’s your partner though smh.

    I just knew Latrice was gonna drag down Ms. Manila. Although that lip sync was not it….too much crazy, not enough sultry bad girl. And I feel like you should never get in front of Ru and just start deconstructing your outfit from the jump. I feel like he hates that.
    I know I do.
    Ruining the illusion and shit.

    Did you guys see the full-length pictures of the judges panel on facebook?
    When I say Michelle had on some tragic pants to go with that crazy top and that hair….those pants gave her that weird bulge of fat right above the cooch, and then they had the nerve to be highwaters at the same time. But she tried to come for Raven’s panty. I like Michelle, but she has no room to talk about anyone else’s clothes. NONE.
    Ru ain’t shit either, for coming in every day looking stunning and then letting his best friend sit there next to him looking like that. He knows this shit is gonna be on tv!
    I thought her boobies looked wonderful though.

    Is it just me or the episode was pretty lackluster. It felt like watching two mini challenges back to back.
    The last time in this show the queens were sent on the streets (the strippers episode in season 2), it was just a part of the challenge and they had to create and perform a group dance routine and a solo routine as well.

    Thank god that bitch Ru was there to inject some necessary drama by asking her favorite question : Who should go home ? And inviting Janice Dickinson was a genius move. She was at her best : crazy, loud and completely drunk.
    And Michelle dressed as Lady Tata… I was waiting for one of the queens to pull a Tammie Brown and read her ass for the second week in a row but alas, it did not happen.

    So many cringeworthy moments on Untucked :
    * Tatianna’s whole shtick : she said some true things but seriously if you’re gonna read a bitch, do it to her face.
    * Alexis getting more and more bitter each time a queen confirms that yes, Yara Sofia is carrying her. She was sending so much shade and excuses left and right, I started to have a case of second-hand embarassment.
    * And Chad, there is a thing called hubris, look into it.

    And finally I was sad to see Manila and Latrice go but Manila sucked during that LSFYL… the ugly wig, the not blended enough/too white make-up… she looked like a ghoulish mess on that stage.

    I died when Manila pulled her picture from the wall and the other fell like she really just couldn’t give two shits about it. While I totally think Latrila was perfect together, Latrice really did hold back Manila. I really want Logo to give a FULL season to All Stars and fix this team injustice. Manila really should have won or at least been in the finals again, not sent at the halfway point. But I think you hit the nail on the head saying how hard it is seeing any team go now that Mimi and Tammie are gone since everyone wanted them to go anyways.

    Hopefully, now, Manila will address her wonky padding. I love her and think she’s a great, young queen but her makeup can go horribly wrong some times and her padding always makes me sad. Juju pads a big juicy ass but she always balances it out for an hourglass figure but Manila, bless, always gives herself a pear shape. He’s a thin guy so there’s no excuse for it.

    Where’s Raja to explain the power of illusion and corseting to get the most feminine shape out of her natural body? Manila’s tall so she could pull off looks similar to Raja rather than attaching two foam pillows to her ass.

    But I’ll defend Tammie and point out that it was likely Nina and not Tammie who sunk them in the Gaff In challenge. Tammie was “funny” for those who like her act and per the other queens she was pretty solid in the lip synch, too. I love Nina and she’s still one of my favorites of all time, but they lost because of her, not Tammie.

    ^ But Tammie easily had the worst look on the runway that night and tried to come for Michelle (which I’m sure didn’t help her case), so it balances.
    They both did poorly that week and deserved to be sent home.

    I think Nina would have lasted longer if it were an individual season because her runway would have saved her.
    But Tammie didn’t hit the main challenge the way she needed to (she was Tammie herself, not Tammie Faye Messner up there) and the judges didn’t like her 60′s look. So she would have been going home at that point anyway.

    Man I do not understand why Ru would do this team nonsense.
    What was he thinking?

    What a tragic ending!! Losing Manila was painful. I love Latrice, but girl, Manila beats you hands down every time. Her LSFYL was way off though. Crazy eyes and faces don’t make a winner (not all the time anyways). JuJu beat her fairly. I was very sad that Yarlexis didn’t go home.Yara is definitely carrying the team and Alexis needs to learn to take some criticism better. How has she made it this far without hearing worse comments?
    Untucked was honest, but uncomfortable. I LOVE CHAD! Such a class act. And I think by him saying, “absolutely” that he was just being honest. Sure, he could have said it a little nicer probably, but he was being truthful.
    And Michelle’s boobs are out of control, girl! Get those things in check before they take over the stage!
