WEST KNOLL
It’s martini time! But not for Jenni and Andrew. With her human resources hat on, Jenni talks to Andrew about his comments with Frank. Of concern is his comment that stuff just comes out of his mouth. Like projectile vomit or crude sexual remarks?
The towel is suing for being folded inappropriately.
JEFF’S CAR
Speaking of inappropriate, Jeff is looking at Jenni and asking her what she wears underneath her jumpsuit. Yikes! He thinks it hides her beer belly, so at least he compliments her. Jeff seems unusually interested in women gaining weight in their breasts. When she asks him where he gains weight first, he says his testicles. Thank goodness for human resources.
LISA G’S OFFICE
Lisa is the HBIC at Extra. Jeff, Jenni, and Vanina meet with Lisa at her office to go over the budget for furniture and construction. The bids are coming in at $280K, but Lisa is staying firm that it must not go over $250K.
LUNCH
Jeff goofs off and drops something into Andrew’s drink. Andrew loudly calls him a “f***ing asshole” in the restaurant. It’s this sort of line that Andrew doesn’t seem to naturally know to not cross. Jeff asks Andrew about his work experience, which has been a few months here and there. Gage seems more concerned than Jeff. There’s more talk about Andrew being a “trust fund” kid that has never had to have a career, even though he’s 37-years-old.
Did someone drop a lawsuit in my tea?
WEST KNOLL
Jeff asks Vanina about an email she received and the urine residual that she’s leaving when she uses the restroom. There’s uncomfortable questions about how she’s sitting to be leaving so much residual, and Jeff’s fed up with having to wipe up after her.
Vanina proceeds to make a complaint to human resources, and a file is opened for Jeff Lewis. Jeff lets Vanina know he’s found out about her reporting him and asks her to look up all the synonyms for “narc”.
LISA G’S OFFICE
Jeff is going to have to go to Gil, the contractor, to see if he can cut $30K from the bid. Otherwise, Jeff is going to have to get bids and bring other people in to try to stick to the budget.
Jeff learns what “No” looks like.
CALABASAS
Jenni is meeting with Gil to let him know that the price is too high. Gil has thrown in some things for free already, but even though he thinks the bid is fair, he’ll at least go back to his office to see if he can come down. Jenni offers to rap at his daughters’ birthday parties as an incentive.
WEST KNOLL
Everyone is finishing up for the day and going over final details. Andrew jokes about liking to work with Jeff, but “at other times, he’d rather slurp rancid tuna salad out of Nancy’s ass.” Nancy is the middle-aged house assistant that happens to have been a law officer. Andrew is so lucky Nancy didn’t grab his ass and throw him down the stairs.
The cat on the kitchen counter has the best job at Jeff Lewis Designs.

Thanks for the recap..I love the human relations comments..Jeff is going to new a good lawyer if he keeps hot mess Andrew…
All in all I though this one was a sleep fest..how you made it seem sooo funny shows what a good writer you are…hoping next week is better and Andrew gets the ax…

These Flipping Out recaps are the worst ones on this site. Seriously, are you even trying? There are so many hilarious moments in the show and the recapper should be someone who knows how to write something (anything!) funny. No one needs a play-by-play of the show…we want comments and snark and cleverness. Good grief.

God I love this show and Jeff is a human resource dream come true! Placing Jenni in that position is sure to cause her some serious conflicts. He’s the worst offender. I’m surprised he didn’t kick that little yappy dog Andrew was dog-sitting to the curb, but Jeff is an animal lover, not a people lover.
Watching Jeff Lewis go toe-to-toe with Lisa Gregorisch from “EXTRA” was like watching a Dominatrix with her whip, lashing out at Jeff, who is on his knees with a ball-gag in his mouth, to keep him from asking for more money…. viciously entertaining!
A little more snark in the recap wouldn’t be a bad idea….. the captions are great…. just sayin’

I 100% agree with you..I’ve been using this site on or off for several years and lately some of the posters have just plan been rude to each other..but to be rude to the person who spends so much time writing recaps(..and this Flipping Out was horrible the show it’s self not the recap)!!!!

These recaps aren’t great, but I have seen worse. More snark would be awesome.
