On last week’s episode of Flipping Out, Jeff focused on a generator, Gage focused on Gramercy, Jenni focused on her wedding, and Andrew focused on cleaning up his messes. Let’s get to this week’s episode.
WEST KNOLL
Always up for joking around at Zoila’s expense, this week’s episode opens with Jeff joking around that Zoila blames things on Lupe, but it’s really Monkey that she pins stuff on. Gage gets Zoila a little jealous when he jokes about Lupe offering to come in at 6 am. Jeff sings the praises of Lupe, prompting Zoila to ask, “What about The Zoila?” Gage likes that Zoila has named herself The Zoila, while she calls him Barbie.
Monkey did it.
JEFF’S CAR
Jenni’s smiling nicely at a guy begging at the corner, so Jeff locks the doors and makes her stop engaging the homeless. Jeanne, Jeff’s client, is on the phone, so Jenni asks her to save the date for her wedding. Jeff’s worked up about the wedding and how many functions are involved with it. He says they’re stretching it out until they’ll all be vomiting…blood.
Can you spare a passenger?
MULHOLLAND
Jeanne is planning a remodel/upgrade of her main residence, so she meets with Jeff, Jenni, and Vanina to work on the plans. Their home is more like a compound since it also includes a studio for her husband, Tommy Shaw, the lead singer of Styx.
The list that Jeanne starts with is small, but Jeff knows it will grow as he upsells. They have worked together in the past, so he knows that an immediate “no” isn’t always final.
WEST KNOLL
At the end of last week’s episode, Gage was surprised to find out that Jeff had planned to buy Spring Oak. Gage has been overseeing the work at their future home, Gramercy, for months, thinking they’ll be starting a family there. There’s a new rule to discuss purchases over one million dollars.
SPRING OAK
Zoila, Jenni, and Andrew join Jeff to get an idea of how they’ll transition from West Knoll to Spring Oak. Jeff shows Zoila how to clean, as he was taught by someone really wonderful…Lupe. Poor The Zoila.
Clean it like Lupe.
JEFF’S CAR
Jeff starts in on Jenni about her wedding. He seems genuinely concerned that she’s spending too much money on her second wedding. It will be Jonathan’s first marriage, and both have large families, so she’s adamant to keep it extravagant.
MULHOLLAND
With plans in hand, Jeff returns to talk with Jeanne and has brought Vanina and Andrew along. Jeanne was resistant to a large remodel, so Jeff has also brought along the architect. It’s a big project, so she’s scared to move forward with it. Andrew’s told to hold her hand, but she’s not ready to go along with the plans yet. Jeff and Jeanne work well together, so she’s probably going to go along with his plans. Dream client!
Andrew does a better job holding hands than wet-dry vacs.
If you like it, spread it!:

OMG I could not stop laughing. I loved so many of the lines..like when Jeff was mocking the number of wedding guests and her 7 bridesmaids..his line.. no man wants a big wedding and why spend soo much money..Jenny will just chase him away like her last husband ( not his exact words…but pretty close)..or when he was describing Zolia in her bridesmaid dress and how she should be covered all over and then her circles his eyes and says..except here! How about his wedding gangbang remark!!
I love the fun Jeff soo much more than nasty Jeff..which is coming next week……..
I hope they filmed Jenny’s Big Fat Greek Wedding….and Jeff does voice over comments…I do think Jeff is right about the cost…it is going to cost Jenny way over $200,000. easily!!!
LOVED this episode! I wish there was more on tv like this episode. So happy you guys are watching this season, too!
For once I was in complete agreement with Jeff, what a big fat waste of money. You can do a big wedding but much cheaper. For instance don’t hold it at a super expensive ($40K!!!) place in downtown Chicago!
Zoila, you gonna let Lupe call you a bitch? Kick her ass!! You are the star! I would love for Jeanne Shaw to roll with me all day on errands and such. She could tell certain fools to fuck off or go to hell or both. She rocks!
being in the car with jeff would be scarey..he’s always texting…reading text..e-mails or looking at jennie…!!!
eyes on the road jeff!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I luv this show! I also really enjoyed Interior Therapy! Win-win all the way around. One question, why is Jenni footing what appears to be the entire bill? I know it’s tradition for the Bride’s parents to pay but Holy Matrimony!
I’ve been wondering about the wedding costs, too. The rehearsal dinner is traditionally the groom’s expense, at least. I didn’t see promotional consideration during the end credits for the hotel, museum, etc, but they did give the names of the people and places. We may never know if Bravo picked up part of the tab or discounts, etc.
No kidding, it is too much $$ to spend on a wedding. I’m not getting in to who typically pays for what. This is Jenni’s second wedding and you see more of couples paying for their wedding themselves when they are a certain age. It’s all about the journey ….
that’s an expensive ass journey! I love Jeff. It’s clearly his day. Lol
@zerocool My own point of view, Im inclined to agree with you. And Jeff. But I also get what Jenni’s saying. Even if she didn’t want a royal wedding, they’d have to. For their families. And they’re bound to have way more $ than their parents. So they’re pretty much stuck with the bill.
I think Jeff going on about the $ is just for the show though. Because if she really was spending $20K on the rehearsal dinner it’d be the groom doing the hollering. Since he pays for that. So Jeff wouldn’t give a fuck anyway.
But it’s also 1 of their ways for everybody to stick $ on the bride. After the ceremony. So whatever they spend, they’re supposed to get back. Plus some more to start their life.
I’m suspicious Jeff’s secretly using it as a trial run for his own wedding. What you want to bet he’ll make La Zoila give him away?
I would love to see Zoila give him away… but I am soo afraid that he is going to have one of his famous hissy fits and fire her..also he is close to his father..perhaps he might have him be his best man… his father is really a nice guy..they should have him on more often..he gave Jeff great advice a few seasons ago when Ryan was being a total dick…which Ryan is..I’m so team Jeff…when he is nice..
PS Check out the hidieous wallpaper behind Jeff..it is almost as bad as the wallpaper Michael ( black/white paisely) ~( ignore the spelling mistakes..I’ve had a few glasses of wine!)~picked out on Million Dollar Listing NYC..
I think Michael is gay and should own up…so we could set him up with a life partner….and not Josh ( million dollar listing LA or Jeff) I love Josh!!! but Michael needs his own man…
If you watch all these shows please let me know who you would like Mickie with??? Ryan( Jeff’s ex)??? Who???
@TV Junkie That won’t happen. If he even so much as thought of firing Zoila she’d ground him.
@kthxbai..you are right..thank god!!!
I have really tried…but I do NOT like Gage. Anyone else think he is all about bringing down anyone who Jeff gets remotely close to?
You are all wrong about me. LOL!!
Is that really you, Chad? If so, I loved you on the episode!
Loved the wedding! How did she meet her new husband? It seems he is connected to Jeff’s brother that lives across the street from Jenni. Did he intro them. What’s up?
I love this show but the one thing that is like nails on a chalkboard is JENNIE”S RAPPING! I can’t f*****n” stand it!! It’s soooo ridiculous and does nothing for her image…..it also sounds TERRIBLE.
Anybody got any advil?
