Sigh…recapping Angela is probably the worst thing about this whole show because I REALLY can’t stand her. Let’s rip through this quickly shall we? Angela is shooting pictures for her upcoming sort of exhibition that she decided to put together last minute because she wants attention. She takes photos of a woman that looks like the chick from The September Issue (see I’m fancy too bitches) and people eating and holding donuts. The highlight was when she got hit with a door by a bunch of the Asians who didn’t care that she was taking her little pictures. She receives a call from Alex who she berates because he has yet to secure a fabulous venue for her little show. Alex tries to explain that no one gives a shit about a no name photographer with no budget (aka no money not no limit on a budget just to clarify) so they aren’t exactly jumping to give her a free party. Angela’s frustration level continues to grow even though her friend is putting his name out there for her for free. Ungrateful bitch.
Anyone can model.
I know most of you don’t like Chantal and I kind of don’t like her but I do think she’s exceptionally pretty, Tim Burton look and all. Since the gallery isn’t making money she has picked up a job modeling for Fudge magazine which is a Japanese based magazine because Japanese girls loooooove pasty white girls. Remember the girl from Season 1 of ANTM that should have won over drunk Adrienne, Elyse? Guess where she makes most of her bank from modeling? Chantal says she can make anywhere from 50 to 50,000 for a shoot…why would you do it for 50 and does this mean you have in the past? Stupid… She says that the Japanese girls love her because she looks like an anime character and that even Spencer has an Asian fetish because she found an empty pipe and Asian porn in his safe.
It’s okay to eat Kerri.
Liz gets invited to check out art with Jane Holzer as she is a family friend and she decides to let Maggie tag along because the last time she met Jane she was stuffing Eli’s envelopes. The women look around and Maggie says anything is better than being at the gallery with Eli and that she can learn a lot from Jane. On the other side of the gallery is Sharon with Kerri and Amy in tow looking at the furniture part of the installation which Sharon says will help when Kerri secures her dream job of furnishing hotels. I can’t get over that being a real aspiration of a call girl, so laughable. Sharon and Jane’s groups eventually meet in the middle of the installation for a good old fashioned West Side Story showdown. Immediately Amy is ignored by Liz who doesn’t want to associate with a drunk. Amy tries her best to be cordial and even invites Liz and Maggie to Kerri’s party (even though Kerri had previously invited Maggie and Liz) which Liz says is pathetic since it’s not even her party. Amy takes Kerri to the side and explains that she has basically grown up with Liz since preschool and doesn’t understand what she has done to upset her. Kerri could careless.
Wondering if she locked her dog up so it doesn’t get boiled by Amy.
