 Lamest Wesen ever.

 Even I could beat this Wesen up. Slowly.

Anyway, they arrive at Coach Anker’s house and no one answers. Nick looks through the window and sees that some chairs have been knocked around, so they break in and find the coach at the bottom of the stairs, sans throat. Another Lowen?

 I know the killer is inside.

 Perhaps I was wrong.

At the mansion in Austria, Eric is trying to get all romantic with Adalind, but she remains focused on getting info about Cpt. Renard. It’s a sort of dull scene, but we get a bit more background on the “Royals”. Apparently Eric’s dad had a fling with a Hexenbeist maid (Arnold Schwarzenegger style) and when she gets prego (with Renard), Eric’s mom doesn’t want her husband’s bastard half-Hexenbeist child living in the castle, so she forces the maid and Renard to move to Portland. Really, Portland specifically? Or just the US?

 Can I interest you in one last Vienna Sausage?

After seeing the blood in the washing machine, Pierce calls Nick because he thinks his mom is the murderer. While he’s on the phone, his mom bursts in his room and grabs the phone and chases Pierce downstairs. Pierce is having a major headache while she rambles on that he doesn’t understand what’s going on right now. Pierce moves into the laundry room to confront his mom with the bloodied clothes in the washing machine, only to realize that it’s his clothes in the machine being cleaned. He’s totally baffled and then he woges into a Lowen and he attacks his mom.

 Gosh mom, you ruined my favorite ironic t-shirt.

 I’m sorry. I didn’t know it was ironic.

 And look, my skinny jeans look like jeggings.

 I’m a fking turtle, what do you expect?

 Lemme guess, you didn’t use fabric softener, either?

 DID YOU, BITCH?

Nick and Hank arrive at Pierce’s house and Hank says he’ll “go around back” (because this will matter to me). Nick goes inside the front door and sees Pierce’s mom bloodied on the floor when he is suddenly attacked by Lowen-Pierce. Nick and Pierce have an impressive brawl. Lots of throwing, hitting, crashing, bashing, and jumping… and it takes a while for Nick to beat Pierce into unconsciousness, (again, this will matter). AFTER ALL THAT, Hank slowly walks in the back door and has no clue why Nick is beating Pierce into a bloody pulp.

    Your captions are great, but Wu really outdid yourself with the pillow/girlfriend ones! Per usual, wonderful recap!

    Thanks guys… I’m kinda laughing bc for some reason when I did the screen shot it captured him making goggly (googly?) eyes at his pillow… so I had to go back a couple times to get the whole “love scene”… Glad to know my efforts made at least one other person laugh.

    And I tweeted Reggie Lee (Sgt. Wu) a couple pics I photoshopped of him and Renard and he responded. He always retweets the recaps, so of course my obsession grows deeper. Although there’s a good chance I’m a foot taller than he is.

    Reggie Lee (Wu) is listed as 5’6″. Sasha Roiz (Renard) is 6’4″. (Yes, he is one tall dude.)

    I laughed so hard about the pillow girlfriend. Did anyone else crack up at the Genio Inocuos being from Galapagos? And Hank going “Your ancestor must have gone there w/ Darwin!” Of course they did.

    I love Renard and James Frey (actor playing his brother). Sexiest family ever! They should have a shirtless wrestling battle for the throne. Mmmm.

    And if I were Monroe (he is to me what Wu is to you), I would be happy that Nick isn’t always calling anymore. Now he can spend his time on the phone with Rosalee and reading about old stuff. Instead of gallivanting about town, risking his life for pretty much no reason.

    I like monroe too, but i kinda feel like rosalee makes him boring… i liked all his “aloneness” and hobbies… but we’ll see…

    Yes, the Renard’s are a v good-looking family. Half brothers or not… they just have the attitude. Wu just has that puppy dog quality… he’s so eager to help and be part of the big boys club and i just love him for it… plus he rolls his eyes and that always cracks me up.

    i’m glad you enjoy the show and the recaps. it really does mean alot to me to think someone reads what i write and actually finds it amusing (unlike my fb friends who just block me after a certain point).

    I hate when work keeps me from reading!, harrruuummphh!!! But I’m with the gang, hilarious captions and the pillow GF was beyond awesome!!!! You Rock!!! You make the show worth watching . . .
