Elimination time!
Ken gives his best game-show host with a blazer. I can never get a fix on the weather there. There are people wearing tube tops and people wearing long sleeve flannels and suits. Is it the refreshing ocean breeze at work?
“No, there’s definite swamp-ass happening”
The last-ditch speeches have Summer and Chase emphasizing their friendship and value as worthy competitors. Cockney instead emphasizes the strength of his connection to Juggs. Jenny then says it’s a sad moment as she’s formed friendships with them all. That would be more believable if she didn’t call someone the wrong name every episode.
“My hair is made of play-doh, I have no idea what I’m saying”
Ken talks for ages about integrity and love and honor and god does Ken revel in this brief moment of meaningless power. He talks with his hands and says they chose the couple who have built a relationship that is the closest to his with Yanina… how worthy! Finally he reveals- Cockney and Michelle. And I wrote that before the commercial break, cuz duh.
Does Ken have a boner for Jenny!?? Or is it the judgement?
Yanina seems truly saddened and everyone says the nicest things about friendship and good competition and fun had together.
She cries because she knows it was her decision
Summer throws out a great bitch face as she guilt trips Kenina that it would have been fun to be in the finale together and she really cares for them both.
This is exactly how I look when I tell someone I really like them
Chase says he and Summer will pursue their relationship. Jenny jumps on this to ask if they have really formed a connection that will last beyond the show?
“Yes. We. Are. In. Love”
The final interview has Chase bringing up the “off to war” dumping for the first time since the early episodes so we feel a sense of closure for him. I haven’t been paying close enough attention and am not invested enough to check their bios but they say they are bi-coastal so I’m thinking bi bye.
Oh snap
When did this happy moment happen? We only saw Summer walking over his carcass for a MAP
The captions at the end say that they have been visiting each other weekly, he’s met her parents and she is moving to California. The whole thing is overlaid with a track of Summer laughing delightfully. Call me the Love Grinch, but I take this to mean that she lives at home and these updates were taken about two weeks after they left, ie, one visit since filming = weekly visits. Also living at home means he met her parents when he saw her and taking someone to a vineyard is pretty low-key couple behavior. Oh, and they also say she is contemplating moving to CA to be closer to him.. But if I lived with my parents I would constantly be contemplating living anywhere else. Sorry for the cynical read, prove me wrong kids! Well, thirty-somethings!
If you like it, spread it!:

Yep, Yanina just too sweet for reality tv. I feel kind of bad for her, considering the jackass she has to settle for. But still.
Although I’m still rooting for Ben n’ Juggsy.
Finally this writer and I agree on something. Yanina for the win!
@Ken- you really have a great sense of humor, thanks so much for reading!
Sure, as long as you don’t — gasp! — have sex with anyone.
