Dina is relaxing at the house and explains that she would love to live there full time and that its her place where she can get away from all the stress of having lots of money and free time. Fran is excited to be at the home because she grew up going there and this is her first time being there with Tyler. She immediately gets naked and jumps into the pool with Tyler who jumps in from the top of the roof. Dina comes out and starts freaking out instead of enjoying herself. What is with Fran getting naked? Seriously, she’s really pasty white with no ass or tits so can she please keep her clothing on or at least tan? Dina is starting to get agitated by their teenage loudness and gets even more stressed out as Tyler tries to jump off a nearby cliff (please go splat).


He only takes pictures when I’m not looking

Dina has Fran come into the house so they can talk about Tyler and his behavior. She explains that she is responsible for the girls in the home and the last thing she needs is someone’s parent getting upset. She basically says that Tyler cannot stay at the house and Franny wonders if it is because they would be having sex or because they would be sleeping in the same bed. Dina says that it isn’t appropriate for impressionable teens to see that and that Clint would also be upset but not speak up. Morgan, who is sitting at the table, doesn’t see it as a big deal because she is 18 and in a relationship. Fran, being the drama queen that she is calls Tyler in and tells him that he can’t stay at the house. He doesn’t get Dina’s reasoning and argues with her but Dina doesn’t let down.


Bitch you got a free ride to Maui, smile. 

The issue I have with this is that yes you have little girls there that you are in charge of but why is Morgan sitting at the table while you are having this discussion? Shouldn’t she be entertaining her friends or are they sitting on the opposite side in the living room that we can’t see because of the camera angle? I get completely that Dina doesn’t want a pedophile around the kids but you have to use a better excuse than that or come right out and say it. Tyler says that he respects her decision and then asks to sleep outside in a tent which Dina and Franny disagree with. Dina says she would feel horrible to know he was sleeping outside in a tent but Tyler insists and actually wants to sleep in a tent. She agrees and asks him if he needs anything else and he asks for two tomatoes and some water. Seriously is he playing to the camera or is he really this obnoxious and strange all the time? Whatever the case I am sure it gets him more hits on his website which is likely his end goal. Don’t fall for the hype…

Overtone is hanging out at their hotel in the pool and Ed is still bitching that the Emile brought his skank girlfriend and he can’t even be friends with Riaan whom he is in love with. Dina shows up and is a little upset that they are all hanging out instead of working out or working towards their goal of being a buffed out boy band. She doesn’t think they should be drinking and relaxing when they have a big make it or break it show at the end of the week. The hotel room issue is brought up again and Emile’s bitch girlfriend says the only one who had a problem was Eddie and Dina tries to get him to talk but everyone else jumps in saying that it’ll be taken care of.

Later, Dina is in the kitchen chugging what looks like a bottle of Jack Daniels when she gets a call from Dominic who says he has hurt his back. He tells her that at the airport he was planking and Tyler jumped on his back which resulted in him hearing a popping sound and he is now in pain. Serves him right for planking which was so 2 years ago. Dina thinks he may have cracked a rib and tells him to relax and then goes to speak with Tyler. Tyler, meanwhile, is in the room on the bed with Morgan and her friends while Franny was off taking a shower or getting naked again. Dina, who had a problem with him being there with all the girls, does not mention or scold him for being on the bed with the half dressed little teenage girls while his barely teen girlfriend is prancing around in a towel. She tells Tyler about Dom’s back and he says it’s not a cracked rib because he has cracked his before and it makes you talk funny. He calls Dom and tells him to ice it and then wrap it because he is experienced in these things.


Don’t stop Tyler…please keep holding.

    Holy crap! I hadn’t even heard of this, but this sounds funny as hell! I’m so going to try it out. Of course, like many other shows, the hilarity might just be the recap. Great job and thanks for introducing me too this. ;)

    I think it was a little late for Dina to decide he couldn’t stay in the house; that should have been decided before anyone got on a plane. Tyler’s a wanker, tho, so she’s perfectly right in making him stay elsewhere with the younger girls there. Creepo is my pet name for him.

    This show was something I promised myself I wouldn’t watch but an afternoon of folding laundry in a room without air conditioning during a heat wave with four children under the age of 7 can make a woman do strange things. I worked in Salinas (the armpit of the magnificent Monterey Peninsula where Pebble Beach is located) around the same time Clint and Dina got together; the combo always fascinated me. It’s kind of fun to see her – she comes across as a real dynamo who could hold her own with Dirty Harry.

    Franny is in luuuuuuuuurve. I give her props, however, for standing up to Tyler and not buying into his crap after Dina pushed back. She reminds me a bit of Marilyn Monroe … airhead-y but with a few working brain cells lurking in the nether regions of the frontal lobe.

    I am under the impression that Tyler pushed to stay once he got to the house even though he had booked a room at the hotel with Dom. I never had the intention of watching the show either but they replay the shit out of it so it was bound to happen. I didn’t want to like Hammy but I totes do!

    I am so happy that someone is recapping this show! I too had no intentions of watching this show but totally got suckered in. I pretty much love it! Tyler is pretty insane and totally drives me crazy though.

    Tyler is creepy. I know it has been said before, but that is the perfect word for him that is of a PG rating. I know Hollywood kids grow up fast and are considered older than their actual age, but Tyler is 30 and Franny is only 18. That is a huge difference, especially considering how young Franny is. She can’t even legally drink yet.

    I will admit, I did google Tyler after watching a couple of episodes (damn you vacation house with DVR). Some of his stories are actually true, but with a lot of fluff added. Also, he does take some great photos, but they are the type that if you had the money to buy really nice equipment, you could also take.

    As wrong as Tyler was with the whole bloody nose thing, Dina needed to control her self a little bit. Her attitude after while still with the girls was scary, she was borderline hulk. I am not saying she was out of line, it was just not appropriate to be acting and saying those things around the girls. She should have taken Dom into another room to vent to him.

    I got sucked in as well. Dina really surprised me, I figured I’d been seeing a mansion with a materialistic shrew, but OMG, they live in a normal house and she is the total opposite of materialistic!! I really like Dina and the housekeeper (I forget her name). I love all the animals, the kids and her brother Dom. It almost seems that Clint doesn’t even live there…

    Tyler needs an ass-kicking pronto!! I’m so glad that Dina sees right threw him, if only Frannie did as well. Where’s Dirty Harry when you need him????

    @SG Same with me. It seems like E! is playing this show at all hours of the day.

    Anyway, Dina is a bit uptight and it’s difficult to agree with her methods all of the time but given the people she has to deal with, I think she does the best she can. Both of her daughters are pretty bratty and based on the show, not very smart. It seems like Dina doesn’t like confronting them and does her best to be a friendly, sensitive parent and then has complete meltdowns when she can’t repress everything she’s bottled up any longer.

    Tyler is an idiot and an ass. I think he’s definitely playing up a character for the cameras but he’s also a regular annoying jerk in person.

    And yeah, Fran needs to stop walking around in towels. No one wants to see that.
