Rumpy says even if they DO put him under the sleeping curse, there’s no certainty that he’ll wake up. Yuh huh, he tells them; once he sees Snow she’ll give him True Love’s Kiss and he’ll wake right up. No problemo. Now put him under! He has spent far too much time looking for his wife; it’s time to bring her home!!!
Before that, we check in with Aurora who wakes up to find Hook hovering over her. She panics, thinking he’s there to kill her, but he astutely points out that if he were there to do that waking her up first would be kinda stupid.
He sets her free from her chains and tells Aurora that he’s setting her free. Since Cora reneged no their deal he’s now decided to screw her over. You see, he doesn’t like to be double crossed, even if he did the doubling of crossings first.
Aurora isn’t going to look a gift horse in the mouth, so she starts to head out with a thanks to Hook. He stops her, saying if she really wants to thank him she can do him a favor by delivering a message to Emma.
He wants Emma to know that their deal still stands; if she provides him safe passage back to her realm he swears he will help her find the dust that opens the portal. And off Aurora goes.
Out in the forest the gals are making their way to the poppy spot. Emma thinks Snow looks nervous and she wants to know just how bad the flame room is. It sucks really bad, mmmkay? Emma kicks herself again for not believing in Henry and being the cause of his sleeping curse, but Snow says no one would have believed his stories. Emma says his mother should have.
Alright, well, if she wants to play the blame game, Snow says she gets to play too. If she had never told Cora about Regina and Daniel then Regina’s heart would have never been broken and the curse wouldn’t have even ever happened.
They can spend all day playing this game but it’s not going to help them get home. And she knows they’re going to get home because if there’s one thing Charming has taught her it’s not to give up. Okay? Done with the game? Almost, but Emma goes for one more round saying its Regina. Yep, it’s Regina they should blame.
Sorry, it had to be said. I refuse to get over it until they get an equally hot guy to replace him.
Speaking of Regina, looks like she’s decided to go along with Charming’s plan to knock himself out and she’s helping by cooking up a little sleeping curse. Henry checks on her progress and remarks that it smells funny. “It’s a curse; it’s not meant to be pleasant.” is Regina’s reply.
