Last week, Wesley and Aria shared a smooch when Wesley decided to test his sexuality. Spencer was still a dick to everyone and attacked Mona by fondling her at a meet, Jason got shafted in an elevator and disappeared and Melissa made a reappearance to scowl and pout. We open with the girls discussing Jason’s disappearance in the coffee shop and why Cece would lie about knowing Det. Douchebag. They must read this recap because Aria finally says out loud that any information the girls get should be relayed to all of them and that they should call the girl in the red coat, Red Coat. Det. Douche stops by to threaten them while Hanna blabs about him taking a boat ride with Ali. He threatens them once more and walks out while the others look at Hanna like she has on white after labor day. There’s always one girl in a group that can’t shut her mouth and she is the one that should always be the last to know or on a need to know basis. Aria arrives home to find Wes has also disappeared along with Mike…who is still fucking missing. #WhereIsMikeAnyway? Still.Not.Home.

Hanna and Ashley are walking around when they see Det. Douche grabbing Cece and putting her into his car. He makes sure to give Hanna a long lasting gaze which Ashley questions her about and Hanna again spills about Det. Douche possibly having an Aria-Ezra type relationship with Ali. Ashley warns her about opening her mouth around town with possibly unfounded rumors. Hanna walks off to meet with Emily who is pissed that she blabbed again but this time to her mom. They devise a plan to find out it Caleb and Paige are withholding information they found out about Mona from them by confronting Paige after school. Spencer is playing dead when Melissa walks in with a cute new haircut to tell her to get her ass out of bed or she’s telling her parents what is going on. I really don’t think they give a shit considering we barely see them even though they both work in the small ass town of Rosewood. Seriously where are all their parents when this shit is going down and why does everyone hate them so much? I really wonder what these girls did to bring on so much wrath and neglect.

Aria walks into Fitz’s apartment and surprise, surprise he’s back in town but more importantly why is she carrying around a fake Damien Hirst x The Row bag? I almost flipped my shit until I realized those weren’t pills because those bags are like 10′s of thousands of dollars and how would she conceivably afford one when her parents couldn’t even afford a furnace at one point and she doesn’t have a job? Anyhow she’s all over his dick about how she missed him, how he should have called her at least once an hour and how she doesn’t understand why he was so distance. He, more gently than I would have, explains that his life was turned upside down and he needed a moment to think outside of her clingy ass. Fitz tells her about Malcolm and how his mom paid off Maggie to be quiet and then confesses that he wants Aria in his life despite his face saying otherwise. He asks about Wes but Aria is too chickenshit to admit that Wes kissed her and agrees to dinner later that night to avoid the subject. That hairstyle is not working for her because it makes her face look super bloaty. Meanwhile, Ella is at school not giving two fucks about her missing son when she walks into her classroom to find Spencer hiding out. They have a heart to heart about people changing and how pathetic Spencer has been lately.

    Hmm So first Jason disappears from the hospital, seconds after the girls leave his room, and now Weldon disappears from where Ashley hit him…

    I was thinking that the Red Coat Girl was CeCe. Jason said he saw her the night Ali went missing, I mean she was wearing the same thing….but from spoilers from a few recaps ago…I am going to say my theory is wrong….

    I have said all along that I thought Melissa was on the A team. I think she is the one that is able to make people “disappear”. I mean, come on, we saw her looking in to Mona’s room the night we found out Toby was one of the Black Hoodies!

    Plus we know that Toby is still pissed about Wren and Spencer.

    Last week Melissa said that their parents were in London. Personally, I think that was a great parenting decision, you know, to leave the country when one of your daughters is on the verge of a mental breakdown and leave her in the care of your other daughter even though the two of them have literally hated each other their entire lives.

    And does any one actually care where Mike is. I don’t miss that whiney obnoxious klepto one bit. #goodriddance

    @SG…it happens every week that the girl have on something that it would be impossible for them to have. Em had on $400 boots one week and Hannah had on a $250 sweater. I am sure these girls are well off but I don’t think they are THAT well off. They could make the clothes more believable for young girl who live in the suburbs in PA.

    Rosewood is supposed to be on the Philadelphia Main Line, which is actually very well-off. You can’t swing a 9-iron out there without hitting a Range Rover or a Cayenne. That doesn’t mean the daughter of two educators would own thousand-dollar bags, but Spencer’s clothes are believable, and Hannah’s would be if there wasn’t that arc a few years ago about her mom having to skim from the bank.

    Yeah, I also think (maybe thought?) CeCe was the red coat girl. I actually think it’s Melissa who locked Spencer in the sauna.

    I love how at the beginning of the series, no one saw Ali the night of her death, the investigation turned up squat! Now apparently every student, teacher, friend, & relative had a meet-up with her before she died. It turns out everyone really is a suspect.

    Is it bad that I laughed when Ashley plowed over DD?

    Am glad to know that someone is still calling out the producers on the whereabouts of Aria’s brother (#WhereIsMikeAnyway). Keep it up! Not that I care about the guy, but his disappearance is curious.

    Meanwhile, SG, did I miss something? Or are you just guessing that Toby is locking an ex in her sauna and then doing floral arrangements in her honor? As far as I could tell, it could have been anyone, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was Spencer’s creepy big sister.

    @emerthorn, I was actually surprised that it was Ashley that Hit DD with her car. Cause in the previews it had looked like just a random person had done it.

    @Liz, you could be right about Melissa and the Sauna. I mean she was in the house at the same time Spencer when up there. Besides she did say something to Spencer about Wren’s cologne still being on Spencer when she got home. Spencer sure does like Melissa’s sloppy seconds!

    How is it that Spencer saw the note from A but Aria did not?

    When Aria was being drugged my Meredith, they had said that it was Mikes week to be with Ella. But umm yeah, they both go to the same school…wouldn’t they pass each other in the hallway?

    I assumed it was Toby from the note. It could have been Aria for all we know. Seriously though how come no one cares about Mike?
