Heather and SonJa talk and before things take a negative turn, Heather tells SonJa that they have some nice pictures. While Heather knows which one she likes, she knows it’s SonJa’s decision to pick whichever photo she is most comfortable with and feels best represents her product. It’s all good and they agree to enjoy St. Barth’s.
Ramona comes over to butt into the conversation and throws SonJa under the bus by repeating that SonJa said Heather steamrolled her. Heather looks gobsmacked. To get more drama and spend less time with her guests, Ramona pulls Heather aside to talk. This prevent the truth from coming out that it was James that asked SonJa to promise to exclude lunch friends and pinot whackos.
Ramona pulls some steamroller moves and tells Heather that SonJa asked for Ramona to be there. When Heather denies it, Ramona tells Heather that she’s wrong, even though Heather was there and Ramona wasn’t. ugh! *banging head on desk* Heather suggests that they go directly to SonJa. Before Heather can get Ramona to hear that James was the one that said it, she takes off as quickly as she goes through a case of wine. SonJa eventually agrees with Heather about photo-gate, but after Ramona leaves, of course.
Oh, I’ll steamroll ya, all right.
So where has Pinot for Brains gone? Running straight to Lu and Aviva to blab about how horrible it was for Heather to black ball her from the photo shoot. Oh, that Heather just won’t invite Ramona anywhere. Ramona gives a verbatim replay of the conversation that didn’t happen while Ramona wasn’t there. Ramona is so wound up. Friends of mine tell each other to go have a glass of wine and relax, so shouldn’t drinking five bottles chill this woman…just a little?
My wine dissolved my lips.
Ramona tells Aviva and Lu that SonJa was crying about Heather steamrolling her. SonJa wasn’t crying. As soon as Heather shows up, Ramona takes off. Unlike Aviva’s anniversary party, Heather doesn’t go trailing around Ramona this time. That’s just as well, since Ramona could ignite at any moment.
In another scene, Avery and Ramona attempt a yoga class, but Ramona can’t shut up. Ramona brags about being able to do planks for long periods of time, but not yoga planks–she sticks to Ramona planks. Avery probably isn’t leaving relaxed, but Ramona is, having tired herself out with all of that screeching.
Who said I’m not calm?
All of the ladies have been invited by SonJa to a “not to be missed” party. Aviva does not miss confronting Lu about wine-gate. Jacques comes over and tries to explain it, but he eventually gives up and wanders off to play the piano. Lu sticks to the party line that it was a wine game and goes on to enjoy herself in a countess-y sort of way.
Jacques, you ready to make a run for it?
