Sorry. The 384209 commercials on MTV’s online video player have given me some time to calm down. (Seriously, there are more and more commercials every single season. It’s bullshit.)
After the commercial, RomCom wonders if she should chase after him or give him space. How about, like, an entire ocean of space? That might be enough.
Oh look, evidence that Grandpa has done exactly one thing for her. Drawn her as Cinderella the turtle, probably off to make him his dinner.
RomCom, naturally, chooses to go babytalk to him. He’s drunk as shit, slurring and saying this is why he doesn’t drink. GOOD FUCKING IDEA, JACKASS. They go for a walk outside and have a calmer version of their conversation from earlier.
Apparently wearing each other’s clothes.
Then they go confessional, where he continues to be way too much of a dick, and she continues to be way too desperate. Then they get into way too much detail about their sex life. It’s so awful, I’ll spare you the details, but it ends with Grandpa screaming into the camera “DON’T JUDGE ME!” Too late, bro.
THANK GOD, we get to end the episode with Ginger and Mo’Rum. Granted it’s more of the same conversation they’ve been having for days, but it’s still sweet relief. She doesn’t know how to tell Max not to come, since Ginger is still using the excuse of what Emily did and Max hasn’t done anything wrong. This poor guy, I hope he finds himself a nice girl (Max, I mean). Seriously, nothing new happens in this conversation, and Ginger still doesn’t get that Mo’Rum wants him to admit she factored into his decision.
Once again, the trailer is for the rest of the season, showing most of the same clips we’ve seen during every other trailer this season because they’re never just for the next episode. Oh, but we do get a glimpse of Chelsea. She’s coming!
Yeesh, the episode was hard to watch. Anyone else as bothered by Grandpa as I was? And think that if Swift is so concerned about being a good friend, maybe he should try to make her see what Latoya and Mo’Rum can’t? Are Ginger and Mo’Rum destined to continue this vicious cycle for the rest of the season? Talk to me!
