I’ll miss you!
Howdy, Gasmii! Let’s get right to it, since we have so much to dish about!
The Finale opens back at the rooftop party. Sadly, no one takes the opportunity to throw Kristin over the side. We pick up where we left off last week, with Amber saying her goodbyes. Justin says he doesn’t know who’s on the right or wrong side, but for the sake of the group they need to figure this out. Amber says she refuses to have a toxic conversation, and leaves.
Afterwards, Kristin tries to defend herself, saying Shaun was protecting her and “saw my energy change” when Amber walked in. What is she, a mood ring? Scott then says “it’s you, not us”, to which Kristin retorts that he’s “late to all our events so you don’t know what’s happening”. Well, he’s been there all throughout “your” birthday party, Kristin. So I dothink he knows what’s happening, particularly as the genesis of this animosity goes back to episode 1. Scott shares that this is “so draining”. For the viewer, too, Scott!
Kristin has beaten them down, gay and straight alike.
The next day, Kristin and Drunky are at Jack and Jill again. By the way, I go past that place all the time and had thought about trying it. Since it’s infested with Kristin, though, I’ll give it a pass. So Jack and Jill’s owner? You’re not getting a dime from this consumer as a result of your product placement.
I’m hungover. And forgot concealer again. It’s all Scott’s fault!
Drunky asks Kristin what her next step is, and Kristin replies that “my birthday sucked”. That’s not a “next step”. Also, it wasn’t your birthday, was it? It was a joint party for 3 gals, and there was no mention of you all sharing the same birthday. For most adults, birthdays are boring or sucky. Only someone with the emotional intelligence of a 4-year-old would expect something different and pout when that doesn’t happen. Kristin goes on to say that Amber always brings drama, Amanda and Justin blamed her (waaahhh!) and asks why Scott hangs out with them. She says she feels the group split and people she helped aren’t supporting her.
Over at Justin’s house, Team Rogue is meeting: Justin, Scott and Amanda. None of them are quite sure what the deal with Amber and Kristin is, but they think it’s from Ari’s wedding. Amanda says Kristin should move forward, and Scott says Kristin is “bringing negativity to us and we don’t want it. If she’s trying to start this business and being unprofessional, how is it going to work?” Justin then says they should “go rogue! and start our own support group for sane nannies”. And my love and respect for Justin grows ever larger.
Let’s go rogue and rule the world!
