So did she get infected? Well, in most people infection has no symptoms, in most it’s like a mild flu. No doctors, no IVs. More serious symptoms? Neurological problems, including seizures, and acute eye disease. So clearly Kristin didn’t have toxoplasmosis, because she reported none of those symptoms. If she did, I would like to know what she’s really doing with cat feces. Also, it takes 2 seconds to move the damned box. What kind of a — I really don’t have a word here — eliminates on top of the cat’s feces? Here’s my final point. Even if some – part (ew!) – of Kristin touched the feces, wouldn’t it just be her hiney? (That’s the technical term, Gasmii). It would be mighty difficult to get it up her — well, you know. And if you don’t, just look on webmd. So how exactly did she contract this so-called parasite?
Kristin pretends to be embarrassed and says “do you think I would lie about this” (yes, and badly), and Amber points out we’ve never seen a doctor’s note, a bill, nothing. Kristin asks if we want her to tweet something. Actually, no, because it would probably be as fake as your story. We end with Ross asking Amber if Kristin did have a parasite, would she have compassion? Oh absolutely says Amber, lying through her teeth. Ross asks Kristin if she and Amber can ever repair her relationship, she says you never know, and then discloses the whole cat training thing never panned out. Panned out. Get it? Litter pans! I totally crack myself up!
And that’s it, Gasmii! 10 episodes of Big Cheesy Fun with an exciting microbiology lesson! Thanks so much for being along for the ride!
And now my exciting announcement: Starting September 27, I’ll be recapping Elementary, the new set-in-NY modern-day Sherlock Holmes (no, not the excellent BBC one, this is the CBS one). I love all things Holmes, so I do hope this series lives up to that pedigree. And I also hope that there’s enough snarkable material. Somehow I think there will be . . .
Stop back here and join me, won’t you? And while you’re at it, check out all the new recaps coming as the fall season starts. We have a big slate of series we’re covering for you!
Thanks again – love ya, Gasmii!
