We see a montage of what the moms said about the nannies.  After, Ari says she thinks nannies are the new accessory and should be cute.  Looking back, she would have gone with Amanda instead of Amber. As Gasmii know, I prefer my nannies to look like the robot grandmother in I Sing the Body Electric (Twilight Zone).  Cause I prefer ability to looks.

Commercial.

We’re back, and Ross is asking why Ari chose Amber.  Ari says she thought Amber was “true, real and honest” (so you thought she was a boy scout?) but was later shown otherwise, and feels it was an error of judgment on her part.  Suddenly, Shayla(!?!) bursts out with “you have been rude, disrespectful, mean and cruel but Amber said only the nicest things about you off camera.  It’s unbelievable how superficial and rude you are”.  Um, Shayla?  Did you forget your medicine?  Also, how is this any of your business?  Amber can ride the Victim Train just fine by herself.

Ross says Ari did nice things like lending Amber her car “but at the same time such lows when things you said were almost despicable” and asks for a response.  Ari explains at her party her friends were trying to give a toast when Amber cut them off – and at that point Amber interrupts.  Ari asks if she can talk, tries to, and is again interrupted by Amber. Finally Ari says “I talk, you talk, I talk.  It’s called respect”.  It’s also called much easier on the recapper who has to take all this down.  Amber says “you don’t have it from me (does anyone?), you have to give respect to get it”.

Shut up or I’ll drop you like a sack of cement.

 At that point Ari says “The show’s called Beverly Hills Nannies” and Amber’s not a nanny anymore.   Shayla again interrupts (can someone get her an Ambien?) to say Ari looks like a tyrant in the show.  Not any more than any other mom, and I’m talking to you, Heif.  Also, Cindy’s “fun and games” are to me wayworse.  More on that later.  Ari says no one cares what Shayla says, and Amber says they all care.  Well, no.  Just you and Shayla. 

Oh yeah, I’m going there!

Ari retorts Amber’s sitting among nannies but is not one, and starts to count “nanny, nanny, nanny, NOT NANNY”. Snap! And well done! Shayla says Ari couldn’t pay her any amount of money to work for Ari.  Well, I’m sure that’s a huge weight off Ari’s mind.  Kristin says actually Amber is still nannying. If I were her new family, I’d have handed her a pink slip on Wednesday.

Ross asks Kristin what she thinks, and gets the usual double-talk blather. 

I really just want a drink.

Heif says she wants love, respect and experience.  Jenny says there are appropriate and inappropriate behaviors.  The Plastic Lawn Chair Incident is then brought up.  Jenny says she’s not paying someone to watch a kid move a chair.  Drunky says she feels a kid of 6 can carry a light chair.  Kristin says Jenny should have given Drunky advice ahead of time.  What, is she supposed to name every object in her houseand give direction on all of them?  Interesting Kristin is fairly respectful to Ari and totally passive-aggressive to Jenny.  Still sulking, eh?  Drunky says she and Jenny have different parenting styles, Jenny responds she should have figured that out before she left Drunky with her kids, Drunky says Jenny’s kids loved her, and “you told me off camera you wanted to cause drama so there would be a second season”.  Not sure the Plastic Lawn Chair Incident is a season-extending bit of drama.  Your binge drinking, on the other hand . . .

You ought to thank me I’m not discussing your drinking, missy.

    I have to ask. What is with the pull a few inches of the top of your hair away from your face look? Is that because they are too afraid of bangs? Don’t look good with them? It looks very silly to me.

    I have to ask, are you friends with Ari or something? You basically glossed over the fact that she was a giant superficial cunt and a terrible person. And for someone so obsessed with how people look her makeup last night was atrocious and her hair absolutely did look like a wig.

    Agreed, Scout, about Ari’s hair. If that wasn’t a wig, then she should sue someone for giving her the ugliest wig-looking hairdon’t ever.

    I hope that if there is a season 2, Kristin and Drunky will be gone, and it’ll be a Nanny/Lady Sitter company run by Scott, Amanda and Justin.

    Kristin and Ari are such a good match for each other! I bet she’d still be there too. If it wasn’t for this show. So she should go back.

    Then in season 2 Ari could call up Justin’s lady sitting rogues to do her makeup and plan parties etc. You know his company will be super popular. So his big challenge every week can be finding somebody Kristin and Ari both like!

    Amber might not be 100% ready for the working world yet. But once she is she’ll be better suited to stuff like interviewing people than baby sitting. There might be some jobs Justin could send her on though.

    But on the condition that she moves back home 1st. So she can learn stuff like how to manage $. And not agreeing to a pay cut the day your car gets repo’d.

    I didn’t think Amber was all that bad. Kind of hard to defend her regarding the Nicki Minaj “interview that never was”, though…

    I TOTALLY agree with the posting that you must be friend’s with Ari. You completely bashed Amber, but didn’t call out Ari for her disgusting behavior. She seems like a really SHITTY person and I’m surprised that you just “glossed over” her awfulness.

    @PennyDreadful Hah yeah I thought you might be friends with her too since she has commented on this site before too. I liked her most episodes. I think she should fire whoever did her up for this show though, the get-up was pretty bad.

    I LOVE reunion shows with inexperienced reality stars, they divulge way more than they are supposed to and it makes me happy :)

    Uhmmm what was up with that email and the Cindy thing? One of my friends belives they actually slept together but I don’t think so. I just think she went WAY out of her way to embarrass the poor guy. It was a little weird how that was strung together.

    I am so so happy that Justin and Lindsey are bestest buddies who go on vacation together!

    Interested to see if there is a 2nd season and who ends up being on there.

    I feel bad for the shawn guy. He isnt on or off the show… just awkwardly there.

    JP I wondered if the families that Shayla and Sean work for said no to filming and that is why they didn’t get much air time.

    Why does Jenny look so familiar to me? Ari – you have tons of money. Why the cupie doll look? Heif you grew on me. You are harmless, but contain no filters. I see Tricia is in Heif’s circle of moms who think nannies should get paid around $15 an hour.

    So glad things worked out for Justin. I believe he fits so well because it is like his home growing up – he was the only boy. I am sure Marshall was iffy until he found out Justin is gay. No competition.

    Was Kristin pushed out of the nanny job at Cindy’s? Where is she currently working. Wonder why Ross didn’t ask her that.

    I hope after this airing Amanda is in high demand and gets another family that pays her more.

    Amber – wow you give shit to Kristin for bull shitting and you were doing the same thing. Tackey

    Professional tip – cut down on the drinking off hours. I know you like to unwind, but it seems that is all these nannies do in their free time.

    Is Lucy still with the nutty boy friend? I guess I could spy on her FB page, but too lazy.

    Congrats on your new show Penny. Please get rid of your cats stat if you start thinking about suicide. How crazy is that?

    Kirstin – if your story were true, way to advertise to every guy you got some nasty ass habits.

    Oh, damn. I’m going to finish reading the recaps and comments, but first I have to get something off my chest…PD, I’m stunned, even after watching Ari on the reunion show, you continue to find reasons to defend her – she’s a HORRIBLE human being, one of those nasty elitist twats who cares nothing about anyone but herself. Every single nanny appeared to feel the same way, and even Ross was obviously repulsed by her. He pretty much came right out and said it.

    Okay, I should go back to reading. I just had to rant. I adore Amber and am fine with her crappy “reviews” in the recaps, but the Ari thing was too much :-)

    Oh, and I haven’t gotten to where its likely talked about in the recap, but I totes believe Maggie that that bitchy ass “I’ll ruin you” mother created drama for a invite next season. That woman’s another mean girl.

    Oh shit there’s one more thing (and apologies to all if this has been discussed in the ‘cap or comment), but Ari was obviously wearing a wig to the trained eye :-) It didn’t fit her very well, either.

    After seeing this season, with the big fat cherry on top being Kristen’s litter box story, why would anyone let her be responsible for who nannies their children??

    The reunion show made me warm up to Heif, but Ari was terrible. It was almost as if she tried extra hard to be an elitest jerk with the “cute accessory” comment and thought the other moms might back her.

    Jenny really looked like Jen Aniston’s much older sister that wears too much make up.

    It’s no wonder to me that Maggie and Kristen have been BFFs for so long….both seem like miserable human beings.

    @Layla good description of Jenny.

    Heif did end up being an alright lady. Still would not want to be her child though!

    I think Justin gets paid more than Amanda probably mostly because he looks after more kids than she does. When I babysit I have different rates for different numbers of kids so that would make sense in this situation too. One kid when the mom is around all the time isn’t that hard at all. Just because of the extra assistant stuff and the fact that it is BH, you would think that she would get paid at least $20 an hour though.
