He tells Juice that his only way back into the club, and Jax’s good graces, is to
grow a few testicles do whatever Jax says from now on. First, Jax wants Juice to find the documents Juice just described and bring them to him.
The prospects did NOT, in fact, have an early morning pickup, but are instead on a stakeout outside the county jail, where they have been waiting to see that Hightower, the inmate who dealt the killing blow to Opie’s head with a pipe, has just been released. Hightower gets into a blue SUV waiting for him and the prospects follow them.
At St. Thomas, Tara’s meeting with Maggie and the doctor from Providence, up in Oregon, who wants Tara to come work with her team in private practice. The lady realizes that Tara is still in physical therapy, but knows that the prognosis is good, and is especially impressed with Tara’s dedication to her work, including her gratis work at Stockton.
She practically humps Tara’s leg and asks her to let her know if she’ll be able to join the practice by the end of the week, when Dr. Oregon will have to leave Charming. Tara is dumbfounded by this option. I’m glad there’s a Plan B for our badass young/old lady.
At Teller-Morrow, Jax parks his bike and asks Gemma if she knows where Clay is. When she says she hasn’t seen him since last night, Jax looks questioningly at her, and she hastens to add that she only took care of his hands.
Mayor Jacob drives up in his sensible sedan, and we find out that the city council passed the motion for Jake to go ahead with the Charming Heights development. We don’t know why he’s really there, until he hands this book to Jax,
who’s presumably going to give it Damon Pope to convince Pope to invest in Charming Heights. In return, Jax wants Jacob to give the Charming Heights maintenance vehicle service contract to Teller-Morrow, and to provide subsidized housing within the development for Lyla and the kids. Awwwwwww …. a heart of gold, this one.
Tig calls Jax over to the garage, saying the prospects just called in. Jax tells CFP to put the guide on his desk and gets filled in: the prospects tailed Hightower to a club in Oakland. I think someone else is about to meet The Reaper. Are we averaging three deaths an ep this season?
As Jax, Chibs and Bobby walk to their bikes, Jax tells two lies in quick succession: he tells Bobby that Jacob was there for Diosa paperwork, and tells Chibs that he hasn’t talked to Juice yet. Lying is getting way too easy for the prez.
