Gemma didn’t get to see their expressions, though, so she’s pretty worried she’s going to lose both of them and T&A if Jax actually grabs some sack and leaves Charming.
Jax returns home after a VERY long day and goes into the kitchen, oblivious to the paperwork Tara left out on the counter for him to sign.
Jax does eventually bring the papers into Thomas’s room, where Tara’s feeding him. He confronts her about listing Wendy as guardian, and she tells him she knows about the attack and that Wendy’s the best choice to take care of the boys. She tells him she’s taken the job in Providence and it starts in two weeks. She tells him she’s taking the boys with her, and if he loves her and the boys, he’ll follow them up there.
She tells Jax that she’s trying to be strong when he can’t be, and if they don’t leave Charming, they’ll turn into the two people they both hate the most.
A knock at the door interrupts this intense conversation. Eli is there with a warrant to arrest Tara for conspiracy to commit the murder of Pamela Toric. So not awesome! Fuck you, Gemma. Oh, and Bobby rips off his V.P. patch and leaves it on the church table and stomps out of the club, undoubtedly looking to drown his sorrows in some pie. No one cares, Bobby. Turn in your cut and then I’ll be impressed. Nero is now sleeping with a sawed-off shotgun by his bed, Clay’s off to prison, and Jax is sitting at his kitchen table with Abel, with the estate paperwork torn up on the kitchen table in front of him.
And the final scene from the show:
It’s now this:
Here’s a link to an article with Maggie Siff, if you’re interested on her take on the finale and the upcoming season. There’s also a video of Kurt Sutter talking about what’s next for Jax at the end of the article, but since I live outside the U.S., I can’t watch it. Someone tell me what he says in it, and how his tongue is healing. Love you guys! See you next season!
