The next day Denise wakes up hurt. Apparently something bit her during the night. Something with fangs.
Well, it wasn’t me either!
Why is everyone looking at me???
Her whole neck feels like its on fire which is a sure sign that the vampire infection is spreading throughout her bloodstream as she’s speaking! In no time at all she’ll probably self combust in the sunlight!
I’m just glad it wasn’t me
Please. Your blood probably tastes like rancid milk and pus. She really is just such a nasty little thing.
At this point Denise is fighting back tears which should tell us all just how much the lady is in pain. She’s trying to tell herself to suck it up because they only have three days left, but it sounds like it hurts every time she moves her arm or neck. Yikes! How is she going to be able to compete like that?
I wish I’d brought a cross as my luxury item. Damn. It might’ve kept Scabby away from me as well. Shit!
Lisa uses this opportunity to from another prayer circle. She prays for Denise’s speedy recovery, but I swear I think I saw her fingers crossed behind her back.
Skupin uses the opportunity to take a little catnap
Scabby says she feels kinda sorta bad for Denise, but she’s really hoping this prevents her from winning immunity. “I came here not to be feeling bad for other people. I came here to win a million dollars.”
Uh oh. It’s time for the immunity challenge. Denise brings Jeff up to speed on her possible vampire infection and he makes sure there’s a large pile of garlic nearby just in case he needs to bury himself in it.
Great. Now I’m gonna smell like garlic for the reunion. Thanks a lot!
Jeff tells Malcolm he’s gonna need the immunity necklace back and Malcolm makes Jeff come and get it from him.
Oh….I like it when you play hard to get.
For this challenge they will use planks to cross a rope bridge, collecting puzzle pieces along the way. Once they’re over the bridge, they’ll use those puzzle pieces (two of them) along with a bunch of others waiting for them at their stations, to assemble a maze. Then they’ll navigate a ball through maze. First person to finish wins immunity.
The alliance of four all get off to a good start while Scabby takes longer than everyone else to untie her first puzzle piece. Further evidence of possible producer tampering in the reverse macramé challenge win!
