Time for Cyrus’ solo. Guess what? His mom loves him and thinks he’s terrific.
I taught him everything he knows!
Our next pairing is Cole and Eliana for a Mia Michael number. We’re back to the dark side of Cole and Mia tells us this number is about hatred and was inspired by how rams fight each other.
I can definitely see the ram inspiration in the piece. GORGEOUS. This may be my favorite dance for both of them this season. The silent scream in it was a bit much, but other than that, LOVE.
Nigel has to make it all about him as usual and says he was actually the inspiration for this piece. Ugh. Shut up. He thinks the piece was brilliant and they were brilliant in it. He says this piece show perfectly why he likes to see Eliana dances (versus her hip hop routine earlier tonight). He thinks they were amazing.
Mary thinks it was mesmerizing. She loved how they used the stage and that the transitions just melted into each other. Christina says there are no words for Mia and there is something about Eliana; there is light coming out of her feet. She talks about how Eliana finishes every moment perfectly. She neglects to mention Cole other than saying she is so happy for both of them.
Last but not least, we have Tiffany and Cyrus. They’re going to be dancing a Broadway routine by Spencer Liff (Thank god it’s not Sir BitchyPants as I thought for a minute until I saw Liff in the audience!). This number is set in the 50’s and is about two kids hanging out innocently. Until their parents leave and it gets hot and heavy with a lot of butt grabbing.
Tiffany says that at first Cyrus was shy about grabbing her rear, but once he got over that, he kept wanting to practice that part over and over and over again.
Wardrobe malfunction with the jacket
All that butt grabbing practice was for nothing.
It’s a really fun dance and they definitely are working well together in this piece. It’s not hot and heavy, but it is a lot of fun. Did I say fun already? Fun.
Christina loved it and thinks Cyrus actually kept up with Tiffany. She also still wants to throw pens through his ears.
Pretty please with tutting on top?
Nigel thinks Tiffany was fantastic in this number and he tells Cyrus that he is an inspiration o so many people. He’s also grateful that he has two sons and says he’d never let his daughter (if he had one) come on this show. After all, there are pervs afoot!
