Sonja gets a little too turned on by Ramona’s bum massage. Sonja thinks the numbing cream on her tummy is numbing her brain. Nothing new. Not her her fault. She confuses her brain with her gall bladder on a regular basis.
The two ladies are getting queasy with the needles and color and smell of the injectables, “like someone that has urine in their blood” according to Ramona. Last up, the bio-sculpt treatment that gives Ramoaner an orgasm. Cigarette?
commands invites all of the ladies to attend a Spinning class as a fundraiser for a charity foundation, One Step Ahead. When Lu starts asking why Aviva’s son is there instead of at school, Aviva says he wanted to support her cause. Oops. Lu forgot that it was for a charity. Lu does the right thing and says she’ll be sure they have her card. Aviva was mistaken if she thought entertaining Sonja and Ramona in Miami would guarantee their attendance at her charity event.
I could have sent a text and gotten out of this?
Ramona texted that she has a doctor’s appointment, and Sonja texted that she has a vet emergency. Lu, Carole, and Heather did show up, though. Aviva makes sure to tell Lu and Carole how disappointed she is that Sonja and Ramona won’t be attending.
Her song killed my laptop!
The Spinning instructor gets Lu’s single off of YouTube for the workout. Everyone goes crazy from her single, spinning faster and faster. They’re going insane trying to get away from the music, but they can’t escape it! AAAAAAHHHHH! The bikes are bolted to the floor!
AAAHHHH! I can still hear it!
We get to join Ramona on a taxi adventure, A/K/A the day the NYC Taxi Commission instituted mandatory ejection seats. Ramona wants to know which route he’s taking after she gives him the address. Of course, she makes him take a different route. After he doesn’t remember the address, Ramona gives him her keys to success talk about needing a notebook to write stuff down. Sonja got the same notebook lesson to succeed, so no hard feelings, Mr. Taxi Driver.
I hope he jumped out to get wine.
Carole brings up St Barths while shopping for jewelry with Aviva. The small planes cause anxiety for Aviva, one of many phobias. Carole lost two of her closest friends in a private plane accident, so she understands and doesn’t push Aviva. Everything leads to death during Carole’s conversation with Aviva, including the discussion of the small Jeeps that people use to get around the island. Carole labels Aviva a catastrophist.
Aviva goes on to explain how her phobias began, that farm equipment accident. Carole tries to help her see that the odds of having two catastrophic accidents are one in a trillion. Carole’s also not against Reid joining her since she’ll be with Russ. Carole talks about why she was attracted to Russ and the role oxytocin plays as the hormone of love.
Oh, come on. Prosthetic legs are good luck.
