Our favorite foul-mouthed, cranky-pants, world-traveling, hyper-critical chef, writer, and TV personality, Anthony Bourdain turns fifty-six today.

The Bachelorette (ABC 8pm) The group travels to Prague; Emily must decide which men get to take her home to meet their families; Emily addresses Arie’s past relationship with one of the show’s producers.

Reality show producers must be a damn sexy group of people, given how many dating show contestants have relationships with them instead of the person whose “love” they are supposed to be competing for.

Hell’s Kitchen (Fox 8pm) The teams must put on a dinner service timed in sync with three runway shows going on in the restaurant.

The majority of the contestants still have to count seconds in their heads in order to remember when to breathe, so the odds of this service going smoothly are completely in the toilet. In spite of this, Gordon Ramsey will pretend to be surprised when Hell’s Kitchen’s First Ever Fashion Show is a supreme disaster. He must be so very, very tired.

America’s Got Talent (NBC 9pm) Hopefuls perform for the judges in Las Vegas.
