Our favorite foul-mouthed, cranky-pants, world-traveling, hyper-critical chef, writer, and TV personality, Anthony Bourdain turns fifty-six today.
The Bachelorette (ABC 8pm) The group travels to Prague; Emily must decide which men get to take her home to meet their families; Emily addresses Arie’s past relationship with one of the show’s producers.
Reality show producers must be a damn sexy group of people, given how many dating show contestants have relationships with them instead of the person whose “love” they are supposed to be competing for.
Hell’s Kitchen (Fox 8pm) The teams must put on a dinner service timed in sync with three runway shows going on in the restaurant.
The majority of the contestants still have to count seconds in their heads in order to remember when to breathe, so the odds of this service going smoothly are completely in the toilet. In spite of this, Gordon Ramsey will pretend to be surprised when Hell’s Kitchen’s First Ever Fashion Show is a supreme disaster. He must be so very, very tired.
The Secret Life of the American Teenager (ABC Family 8pm) Episode: I Do and I Don’t
What are, put this show on the Top 10 list and ever watch it, respectively?
America’s Got Talent (NBC 9pm) Hopefuls perform for the judges in Las Vegas.
Most traumatizing audition ever.
MasterChef (Fox 9pm) The judges split the cooks into teams to prepare breakfast for hotel guests; the members of the losing team must prove they deserve to stay in the competition.
How complicated can it really be to make under-cooked scrambled eggs and rock-hard French toast?
Top Gear (BBC America 9pm) Bad cars; Ford Mustang; David Soul.
Are we talking Yugo bad, or is it more of a Christine level of evil?
The Real Housewives of New York City (Bravo 9pm) Ramona discusses her issues with Heather at lunch with Aviva and Carole, but Sonja snubs the invitation to have a secret meeting with LuAnn; Aviva declines the London invitation; Sonja hosts a party for her new magazine cover.
America continues to cease caring.
Eureka (SyFy 9pm) Carter tries to give Allison a romantic honeymoon; saboteurs are uncovered in Eureka; Holly encounters some technical difficulties that could threaten her existence.
Cake Boss (TLC 9pm) Buddy is asked to make a Mt. Rushmore cake; Marrissa must make her famous peanut butter cake for the Lisas.
Under what circumstances is a Mt. Rushmore cake the most suitable choice?
Miss Advised (Bravo 10pm) Julia’s first date in Los Angeles falls flat, but she hopes her luck will change with a basketball player; Amy dates a younger man; Emily goes on a date with one of her radio show guests.
People freaking hate Julia Allison. Also, Pillania’s recap of the pilot is bloody brilliant work.
What will you be watching tonight?
