Thursday February 21

“I do take my work seriously and the way to do that is not to take yourself too seriously.”  - Alan Rickman (February 21, 1946; age 67)

American Idol (8PM, FOX)  Ten male singers perform.

Zzzzzzzzzzzz… huh, who turned the news on?

Vampire Diaries (8PM, CW)  Caroline worries about Elena’s state of mind.

I’m guessing it’s not an “Empire” one.

Community (8PM, NBC)  The study group goes to the annual Inspector Spacetime Convention.

Return of Fat Neil? There better be a lot of people looking like Garrett at least.

The Big Bang Theory (8PM, CBS)  Penny’s acting skills impress Sheldon.

Is that sarcasm?

Parks and Recreation (8:30PM, NBC)  Leslie and Ben work to complete a years-long project in two hours.

I’m having senior design flashbacks…

Project Runway (9PM, Lifetime)  The teams are challenged to design a performance look and a red carpet look for country singer Miranda Lambert.

First they need to design documentation to inform me who Miranda Lambert is.

Comic Book Men (9PM, AMC)  The guys want to make a sandwich that represents the Stash.

Is it the kind your mother makes?

Archer (10PM, FX)  A snake bites Archer in a special place.

In the back of a Volkswagen?

NBA Basketball (10:30PM ET, ESPN)  San Antonio Spurs at Los Angeles Clippers

Western Conference Finals preview…meaning it’s guaranteed not to happen now.

Legit (10:30PM, FX)  Steve blows a gasket over an unexpected discovery about his ex-wife and the neighbor Todd.

Were they making cookies?

No Scandal??? Jailey, why do you hate me?

I wish Ven was still on Project Runway for the Miranda Lambert challenge. She’s not a small girl, and you know how much he hates designing for “regular” women.

Never fear….there has to be someone there who doesn’t design for anyone over a size 2. And 2 is pushing it.
Every year, there is at least one.
Ven was only the most hilarious because he was so overtly shady about it, while he himself looked for all the world like Buddha’s illegitimate child.
His sister was also rather rubenesque…

It might not be a problem though, depending on if they get to use their normal models or if they have to use Miranda Lambert-sized models.

Of course, the #1 show to watch on Thursday night is PERSON OF INTEREST!! Everything else is meaningless tripe without the ocean blue eyes of Jim Caviezel gazing at you from TV land.

Person of Interest (9PM, CBS) The latest POI — a deadly yet sexy government operative who tackles terrorist threats.
Because if the government has one rule about it’s operatives, it’s no fat chicks allowed.

Scandal (10PM, ABC) David thinks he is being followed.
Based on my twitter account, I obviously don’t know the feeling.

    There’s your President’s Week Sale
