Tonight’s Top 10: Weekend Edition October 5-7

Watercooler

“According to the song, Rudolph’s nose is shiny, which means it reflects rather than emits light.  Useless for navigating fog.”  -Neil deGrasse Tyson (October 5, 1958; age 54)

Flipit has loosened the shackles and allowed me to do a weekend edition for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, so I’m going to take advantage of it.  Let’s get to it.

Friday, October 5

America’s Next Top Model (8PM, CW)  The models are surprised by a photo shoot at their kitschy motel.

Kitschy is the nicest way I have ever heard someone describe Motel 6.

We’ll leave the black light on for you.

Fringe (9PM, FOX)  The fringe team must extract information from the Harvard lab, which is now controlled by the Observers.

I’ve got just the crew for you.

Boss (9PM, Starz)  Kane is forced to form a tenuous alliance with Alderman Ross.

The only time I’ve heard the term Alderman is Chris Rock’s character in “Head of State”.  And now I remember that I’ve seen “Head of State”.  Thanks a lot, caption.

Sunday, October 7

The Amazing Race (8PM, CBS)  One team makes a bold but risky move.

“Should we run to the finish line?”

Revenge (9PM, ABC)  Emily continues to delicately weave her way back into the Graysons’ lives while keeping her ties to Amanda and her unborn child.

“Why do you own an ultrasound machine and why do you keep trying to use it on me when I’m asleep?”

Boardwalk Empire (9PM, HBO)  Mickey makes a critical decision in Nucky’s absence.

Fuck it, I’m going to tip the waiters.

Dexter (9PM, Showtime)  Debra tries to cure Dexter of his killer tendencies.

No Dexter, that’s a bad Dexter.

Homeland (10PM, Showtime)  Mike questions the nature of the events around the shooting of Elizabeth Gaines.

“There was a second shooter!”

666 Park Avenue (10PM, ABC)  Henry decides whether to give Gavin inside information he has on one of his projects.

Don’t tell me what I can’t pursue

Treme (10PM, HBO)  Janette, Aunt Mimi and Annie commit to new deals.

“Don’t we deserve more  money?”

Deserve got nothing to do with it.

Born in New York, went to school in Boston and now living in San Diego.  I got a degree in Engineering only to basically abandon it and now attempting to be a screenwriter, trying to make money any way I can on the way.  As a long time fan of TVGasm, I'm excited to be a part of the team and here to make you guys laugh.

I’m starting to think that Henry is a terrible lawyer.

Lab, Fleet weekend for Wa was at the end of August when it was freaking 1oo degrees in Seattle! My thinks that one of these days his ship will be apart of it…Hope the weather is nice for you :) it is going to be in the 70′s this weekend. I think that fall forgot what state it is in! Should be 50 and raining!

Looking forward to Revenge. Still have not watched Park 666 from last week…
Got the Seahawks at Panthers this weekend, and it is on at the same time as Nascar…It is an offense in my family if you DVR a football game! Plus the parents are coming over, so I am pretty sure you can assume who is going to have possesion of the remote control!! I am pretty sure my driver(s) will crash out by the time kickoff happens, so things my be all good in my house :)

    Enjoy the weekend everyone!
