And don’t think for a moment that Blowsie’s gonna forget she was picked second-to-last, either. StacheBear notices that things have once again boiled down to men vs. women. Then Scar shows up and asks for Moley, Lizzie Borden, and Blowsie, which means Top Model now has two chances to lose a team-member.
Scar asks Moley if he was happy how his pile-of-fish dish turned out, and he’s sticking by it, insisting that it is something close to his heart (and colon). Gail says her biggest problem was the way he served all the fish together in one piece, and there were so many varieties that she could not differentiate their flavors at all. This is when Moley mentions that Umami Mami didn’t have any suitable beef, so he couldn’t do his original idea of a Surf’n'Turf platter. Daddy Tom is rubbing the bridge of his nose in that adorable I’m-Getting-A-Migraine way he has, and says he’d rather have had one piece of perfectly sliced fish instead of a “pu-pu platter”…
but… I gave you a platter that will make you poo-poo
Next, Scar wants to know how Lizzie Borden came up with her dish, and she tells her whole noth-eistin Italein story. She wonders if maybe she wasn’t griecious inoff to ixplein it to thim whin thiy were actually stinding theah at her stition. Daddy Tom says the dumpling just wasn’t cooked enough, and Danny Montalban says her canederli was really heavy, with a really gummy flavor. Gail points out if Lizzie’s going to get that specific with a region’s cuisine, then “God is in the details”…
and Lizzie points out she’s really good with a blade
and they could all be meeting God in person if they send her home
Finally, we take another journey into Stupid as Scar asks Blowsie how she thinks she did today. She haltingly repeats her earlier assertion that she got “good feedback”, but that’s bullshit and she knows it, because then she admits some of her pork pieces came out more “well done” and “crispier” than others, but she tries to play it off as being something she did intentionally so that people could have “that option” of choosing between Original Recipe and Extra-Crispy. Montalban says flat-out that when he tried to put his fork in the pork, it put up a fight, and he knew it was going to suck. Gail points out how bland it was, so all she was left with was the yummy flavor of grease. Finally Daddy Tom says the Blowsie show “time and time again” means that while she is attempting to entertain, she’s screwing up basic cooking techniques, such as smothering her crispy bean cake with vinegar and other liquids so by the time they try to eat it, it has turned into wet cat turds.
