Hi, Gasmii! It’s been a few weeks since Sharon Needles won RuPaul’s Drag Race and now that things are quieting down for the queens, I thought I’d take this opportunity to see if Phi Phi O’Hara really was as awful as she appeared on the show or was there some creative editing that just made her seem worse. Because, while I’d never question Heather B’s wisdom that editors can’t use what you don’t give them, I’ll cut Phi Phi some slack and assume she might have been the victim of some Frankenbiting, so after “extensive” research looking at Phi Phi’s tumblr, YouTube videos, Twitter and Facebook fan page, let’s see what the unedited Phi Phi O’Hara’s been up to since the show ended.

Even accounting for Phi Phi being (not that) young, gurr. Stop. Please, stop. This is just embarrassing. Especially since you have the torso of a 13-year-old boy who still wears Toughskins from the Husky department.

Sorry, that was just mean of me since it was from before the show but…HAHAHAHAHA.  Plus, Phi Phi’s still retweeting and reblogging this so…HAHAHAHAHAHA!

Still, none of this really gets to whether or not Phi Phi is really awful or just played awful on TV. So let’s see what she has to say.

Okay, okay. That was a cheap shot since it was from January, and long before we knew just how far, deep and wide her awfulness extended. But has she learned anything since?

But vallegirl, you say, that’s just a hating hater hating on Phi Phi because he jus jellus. She must be really happy and ready to move on now that the Drag U cast has been announced and since she finished in the top three should be raring to show that she’s not the cooze she was on the show. Wait, what is that you say? She didn’t make the cast. Wonder what Twitter has to say about that.

I’m not calling Phi Phi a liar, but I’m totally calling Phi Phi a liar.

So to recap. Phi Phi O’Hara? Still awful, but thankfully off our TV screens. Let’s just remember the good times with Phi Phi, shall we?

    I’m ashamed that I liked her in the beginning of the season.

    And she needs to hire a fitness ad nutrition professional if she’s gonna be posting pics, because her kettleballs or whatever she’s doing at home is not working. I watched her perform on youtube once to Katy Perry’s E.T. and her body is so doughy and soft and shapeless. By itself, there’s nothing wrong with that. There are lots of people with squishy bodies, including me. But if you have one, you don’t need to be shoving your naked body all up in everyone’s faces. No one needs to see alladat.

    as a gay who lives in chicago and right around the corner from her “home bar” spin…..when RPDR was being shown in the bars on a monday night…every time stink face came on the whole bar would boo her….with her attitude i can not imagine how she can make money by being booked in any bars around the country…unlike sharon needles who sold out her show at spin….u would think she would put on a happy face ….suck it up ….and get booked all over the country in gay bars to make some coins like the other queens are from the show

    This is really pathetic. The time and effort involved to constantly follow up and “hate” on someone you don’t like and has no effect on your life…SMDH, find a hobby.

    Dang, she’s hateful. And as much as she disparages Sharon and Willam, Phi Phi still uses their star power to boost her credibility. From tagging William’s video titles in hopes they link to Phi Phil’s Beiber covers, to talking about Sharon at her shows, Phi Phi is all kinds of desperate.

    It’s hilarious that she’s become blacklisted, even if she sent Cass to take up her cause. Cass, you’re gonna need a lot of time and patience to challenge everyone who doesn’t like Phi Phi. This is just the tip of the iceberg…

    Cass…forgive me. Perhaps you are disparaging Phi Phi (in which I say “Go for it!” ) and are not hating on those who point out her ridiculousness. Knowing how often she sends her minions to NewNowNext to take up her cause, I may have misread your post.

    Jessi, I lived there quite a while ago. Wish we had, that is such a cool area with such cool people. ( Married at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel.) I moved from there to the deep woods of northern Wisconsin. Talk about culture (?!) shock.

    As I said, I got homesick.

    I hate Spin in Chicago, but I’d be there in a heartbeat to see Ms. Needles! Or basically any other queen besides Phi Phi (I did see Jujubee there last December and it was fun)!

    I can’t wait for all-stars! I’ve been watching season 3, and falling in love all over again. The other day I saw Yara’s elimination and I cried as hard as I did the first time. That took my by surprise, lol. But I really hope Phi Phi doesn’t do the show. I think the girls bring good drama on their own without it turning into hatefulness and sabotage.

    @ssc: Yea, lol, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but I’m not so sure. But I do like a lil ambiguity in a troll. Keeps me on my toes. :)

    Sheesh, Jujubee is in my top five. Along with Raven, Latrice, Pandora Boxx, and Manila. These queens bring the wit, they bring the funny! No tea, no shade. “The library is open!”

    I’ve been reading this site regularly for a couple years now..every once in awhile I comment. I’m not a “troll” or phi phi fanatic. I did like her a lot in the beginning and any respect I had for her went down every week. She sure doesn’t make it easy to like her, and she was not my favorite queen this season at all. Regardless, I can’t imagine a grown woman taking this much time and effort to put down someone who has absolutely zero impact in her life. I find that very sad and pathetic. I know it’s cool and fun to hate on phi phi but the season is OVER. Let it go. Ru preaches positivity and love and as corny as it is, her book really did change my life and my whole way of thinking. If you don’t like phi phi then don’t support her or go to her shows. But I’m just not understanding the constant need to dwell and rehash the same shit.

    The show may be over but as our investigator concluded, Phi Phi is still being horrible all over the interwebs. Aside from the fact that this is a snark site and no one is safe, this article was to give Phi Phi the benefit of the doubt and say maybe she was a victim of bad editing. But nope, she’s still at it.

    But I do wonder why you say you promote positivity yet you come on here and tell the recapper to get a hobby? Doesn’t sound like a positive approach to me… (past..by the way, snark IS her hobby, and Valle is darn good at it.)

    Since I’m the pathetic grown woman who needs a hobby, let me just say all I did was dedicate one afternoon to my investigation. Seriously, everything you need to know about how awful Phi Phi continues to be shows up in her tumblr tag on a daily basis. Now that it’s published, I’m back to my knitting.
