Ellen will be on Oprah this Monday.

The Travel Channel only reaches 370,000 homes, but it just sold for $975 million. Scripps Networks Interactive Inc. beat out New Corp. (Fox) and snatched up the network. So, why was the network valued so high? Because of the niche advertising market that advertisers spend dollars on.

Glad that Fox didn't buy it, I'm sure they'd find a way to sneak on re-runs of Temptation Island some how--hey, they did travel to make the show, so it would fit.

Jeana Keough is only on three episodes of The Real Housewives of Orange County this season because she had to get a full-time job to pay the bills. She told The Daily Beast, “I just didn’t feel appreciated by the girls or the network,” she said when reached by telephone. “There’s a lot of work that is involved—it’s an all-year-round thing with all of the shooting and the press, and it wasn’t enough.”

I hate to say this because I'm from Orange County, but the Housewives of OC are just getting too old and broke. I'd much rather watch Jersey, or Atlanta these days. True, the OC girls started the franchise, but nothing lasts forever. I predict this is OC's last season...but I could be wrong.

Little Levi Johnston is pissed over William Shatner's poetic Twitter read last night. He is demanding a retraction from NBC because the tweets William read last night were not real.

Um...well, DUH Levi! I didn't think you'd actually be asking for weed on Twitter.

I get that Levi is pissed, I would be too if I were him...but he needs to get a sense of humor, and get over himself. He put himself out there, he should learn how to take a joke-Especially a funny one.

I predict that Conan will get Levi to come on the show, and read the fake tweets himself-I'll put money on it.

MTV yanked DJ AM's show, Gone Too Far from its primetime schedule, and moved it to Thursday nights at 11PM. Only three episodes have aired, and it's done so poorly that MTV has already replaced it's time slot with reruns of CMT's World Strictest Parents...OUCH.

Sucks that his show did so poorly, sucks even more that he's dead. So much for the "responsible" programming mandate....

Chris Brown is doing a follow up to his follow up interview with Larry King on MTV. On November 6th at 6PM, MTV will air Chris Brown: The Interview. On this special he'll be answering the burning questions that people want to know--including his criticized Larry King interview. I think it's great that MTV is airing this special, but I'm sure it'll be overly produced--so who knows how much of it will be "real".

I would actually watch if it were a live special...but it's not. Personally, I think this is just another ploy to sell his new album, and regain fans. Booooo!

Kate Gosselin's best friend Jamie Ayers opened up and dished on Kate to Life & Style. Jamie said , "She said to me, 'I don't think I'll ever find someone who can put up with me and my eight kids..."She's a very strong person -- maybe one of the strongest people I've ever met...She's very in charge."

Kate needs to stop her helpless lil' ol' single mom plea, and keep her friends out of it. If Kate really wants to make heads turn, she should switch teams...My GOD would that be the best reality show EVER, or what?! It could be the reality version of My Two Dads. Kate could represent Greg Evigan's character (the rock n' roll dad), and Jamie could represent Paul Reiser's character.

TMZ is reporting that Miss California USA is settling and paying out Carrie Prejean's team of lawyers and publicists $100,000 over her legal battle. Carrie isn't making a dime off the settlement...but what she does walk away with--any money made off her book.

She got what she wanted--attention, scandal, and money. I'm sure she'll pop up on some sort of reality, or talk show soon.
