Big Paul and Junior and the gang at Orange County Choppers make for some watchable television on Discovery's American Chopper, so they were bound to inspire a spin-off series.

It's just that we didn't expect this one.

Discovery has announced that the bike-building series will move to TLC in mid-January. And a companion series of sorts will debut around the same time. The new show's got most of the same elements: A father & son business, colorful coworkers, and a new project every week.

Only this time, they're doctors. But they're not doing brain surgery.
