As negotiations continue with the cast, Entertainment Weekly has an insider saying T.R. has agreed to a deal that gives him a raise to about $125,000 and a piece of the show's profits (T.R.! before you sign--read Sutter Cane's piece -- don't accept anything off the net!), just like co-stars Patrick Dempsey, Ellen Pompeo, and Sandra Oh.

And Katherine Heigl is using her new clout as co-star of the hit movie Knocked Up to regain the upper hand in her nasty dealings with ABC Studios.

Ah, but what about co-starIsaiah Washington, who is stilling paying for his intemperate anti-gay tantrum that led to a brawl on the set one fine fall day (and nudged TR out of the "closet"-- our reports on which everyone denied until they all admitted were accurate )?
