Eric Roberts joins 'Heroes'

eric%20roberts.jpgIf it's not enough that Heroes has added Christopher Eccleston, a former Doctor Who, to play the Invisible Man.

Now TV Guide's also reporting that Eric Roberts is joining the cast.

And look! We've already turned him into an action figure.

Roberts, who was once expected to become the greatest movie actor of our time, will play "an associate of H.R.G." and show up in the middle of February sweeps.

He's got experience in the comic book world, having provided the voice for DC Comics supervillain, Mongul, in the animated Justice League TV series.

(Roberts' classic flick, The Pope of Greenwich Village, is on Tabloid Baby's list of the Top 50 movies of all time!)
