Guess who's in rehab?
Paris Hilton may be headed to the pokey, but Jason Wahler, the brat from The Hills, is ducking his jail sentence by hiding out in rehab.
The 20 year-old was supposed to surrender at the Los Angeles County jail last week to serve 60 days on an alcohol- and racial-epiphet-related assault charge, but a judge delayed the sentence. A family member tells People that "there was a deal made" with prosecutors: "Jason's in rehab, and he's getting help. He's doing well, and he's going to be a new man."
Uh-huh.

Heidi Montag's got a brand new bod
Heidi has never officially confirmed that she underwent the knife on those tender body parts, though forensic detectives will recall that she did claim last week that she could never have leaked a story about former BFF Lauren Conrad's alleged sex tape earlier this month because "I was in the hospital that week."

Shocking! Jason Wahler plays Russian Roulette
Us says the pictures were taken last summer. They show the 20-year-old and a buddy, a rapper called Jay 211, holding a pistol to their heads and pulling the trigger. A source says the pair were "wasted" at 211's house in North Hollywood. And J-Wahl certainly looks "wasted" in the pix.
Us says "Wahler's rep" had no comment about the photos.
