Us says the pictures were taken last summer. They show the 20-year-old and a buddy, a rapper called Jay 211, holding a pistol to their heads and pulling the trigger. A source says the pair were "wasted" at 211's house in North Hollywood. And J-Wahl certainly looks "wasted" in the pix.
Us says "Wahler's rep" had no comment about the photos.
J-Wahl is the ex-boyfriend of Lauren Conrad from The Hills, and the one who's been inthe news recently for allegedly trying to hawk a sex video they made.
He's been arrested four times in the last nine months on various alcohol-related and racial epiphet-spewing charges and is supposed to start serving 60 days in an LA County jail on May 4th for assaulting a city worker and two tow truck drivers in an alcohol-related, racial epiphet-spewing incident last year.

I thought he was a complete a-hole waste of space on LB and the Hills, but I really hope he gets some help. 4 arrests in less than a year, an obvious problem with alcohol, not to mention other substances, pictures that show him playing with a loaded gun?!? Maybe he should just go to jail to dry himself out. Wouldn't be the first time that worked for someone.
