GSN runs with our 'Rosie vs. Trump' game!

The folks at the Game Show Network are listening. Last week, we led you to their GSN website, and suggested they may have been trying too hard to be hip with their Saddam Hussein's Hangman game. We also suggested that they may have been be a little late to the game (no pun intended), since his real execution was set for the following day. We added: "We can come up with a few game ideas that might be a little more controversial (Trump or Rosie anyone?)"

Well, whaddayaknow? It took them a few days, but yesterday they pulled Hangman from the site. And today, they're hyping their new ripped-from-yesterday's headlines game: Rosie vs. Trump!

But as the description indicates, they're still wrangling with the "taste factor":

"Now you can pick a side and get in the action. Kick, punch, block and insult your opponent until someone is defeated. But beware. Each player has a Secret weapon. Use the space bar to unleash Rosie's "Tongue Lasher" or The Donald's "Killer Comb-over."

Hey, it's not as morbid as actually killing a condemned former dictator, but the game still offers the ugly sight of a woman being punched by a man on the same site that offers fun with OJ Simpson. (And what's the subtext to that Gene Simmons tongue they've affixed to Rosie?)

Hmm... since the folks at GSN are taking suggestions, any ideas for their next game?
