Not everyone in America has gotten a chance at their own syndicated talk show. But today, we are officially getting closer.
NBC Universal Television, the geniuses who gave talk shows to Megan Mullally and Jane Pauley, is planning a talker starring Steve Wilkos.
You know. Steve.
Steve Wilkos.
The bald guy.
Wilkos, of course, is the bald "director of security" from The Jerry Springer Show, a former US Marine and Chicago city cop who got his start peeling Klansmen and fat ladies off each other, and evenually won an increasing role on Springer from "Steve to the Rescue" segments to actually filling in as host.
Now, the baldino's being spun off. NBC Universal Television is hoping the Wilkos show will serve as a companion to both Springer and The Maury Show starting in September.

Oh, well THAT makes sense for a show.

What a coincidence! I think my cleaning lady just got a talk show deal over on the CW.

I was actually in a suite next to "Hey, that's the bald guy from Jerry Springer" at a Detroit Tigers game two years ago...
