Despite the best efforts of some of the people around her, Lindsay Lohan lived to turn 21 today. Now, turning 21 in rehab isn't the optimal experience for a young woman, let alone one of the best young actresses of her generation, but when we think of Merle Haggard's song about turning 21 in prison doing life without parole and all those times she rocketed around in her SUV high on booze and cocaine, we'd say Lindsay Lohan is one lucky gal.

As the above pix from the weekend indicate, she's got an iPhone, she's drinking water and she's not celebrating 21 at a vodka bash in Vegas.
